I am so disappointed. I just ordered 2 chef salads for $20. The salads came in a 6" container. The size was just lowered a few months ago to an 8" square, now a 6" bowl. A few months ago I ordered a salad and they forgot to put in the meat & cheese. I don't know what has happened there but the quality has gone downhill. I can no longer recommend after eating there since 1979. Whenever I speak to a manager I feel as if they don't care and I'm taken for granted.

My husband and I have been eating at Pagliais for many years. We absolutely love the buffet, as the ranch dressing, breadsticks and cheese sauce, pizza and dessert pizza are the highlights! It is not the cheapest or largest buffet, but what they have is wonderful. With that being said, we are very disappointed in the way that the restaurant has been trying to cheapen in random ways.
