“Hi, I went to speak on the service of Maddison who was a store manager on October 18, 2026. I had a order with Grubhub and Grubhub’s robot decided to cancel my order and so I called the store and left a nasty voicemail to which Madi called back at the end of her shift and apologize to me and I wanted to say that she did not have to make that phone call back. Most people would not have returned that kind of call. She also expressed to me that she would replace my canceled order for free if I came in and talked to her about it. I’m not sure if there’s a way to get this girl a raise but if there’s anyone who deserves one, it would be her. Further, she expressed me that she had a really long day and that she was very short staffed and whenever I did go in to get my pizza later that night, she got it to me. No questions asked it was very apologetic. I also want to say that the pizza I received was warm and it was cooked to perfection and made my night. Go Madi!“

“The girl with the blue hair was extremely rude to the customers waiting. She yelled at everyone like they were children saying that there was “no reason for the volume and that we could be quiet”. As someone who has worked in customer service for years I can confidently say that in a college town during Halloween weekend there is no reason to yell at a group of adults who weren’t even being that loud. Even the cooks gave looks. I love this establishment but was disappointed by this interaction.“

“William is my favorite delivery driver and I never tipped because I thought the fees went to them but my friend said they don’t so I added a tip he’s always early with delivery’s and the food is like it came fresh out the oven and he.
