Had a DoorDash order where they completely forgot the fries. Called to complain and ask what I could do and the girl who answered hung up on me. She said I could go into the store and replace my fries. If I wanted to/could have gone to the store, I wouldn’t have ordered DoorDash. I wasn’t going to go in but since she was rude and hung up on me I decided to drop everything and go in to speak to a manager.
