“Visited 8/18/26 and It has been about 15 years ago since I have been here. They use to have roasted garlic for the bread which I was excited but found that no longer do that. Please put that back in the menu! I had the bone in filet with butter bone maro crusted with parley potato's and French Onion soup! Shared shrimp cocktail. Had two Barrel aged Manhattans, house merlot with the steak and finished with a shared chocolate bag and an Elmer T Lee bourbon! I wanted to lick the bowls and plates! It was sooo good! I will not wait another 15 years before I return! Please consider bringing back the roasted garlic!“

“Eclectic decor in a super cool old building that was the first building in Downtown Toledo to be wired for electricity! Wow we sent our compliments to the chef, everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. They have won awards for their original cocktails and the bartender did not disappoint. Excellent waitress who deserved every penny of her tip. We will be back!“

“Chef Erika Rapp never disappoints and every visit to this wonderful restaurant reaffirms it as my favorite place for our Anniversary dinner. I look forward to the coconut, chorizo and sweet potato steamed muscles that she has had on the fall menu consistently for the last 5 years. And being Gluten Free the care Chef Erika takes to offer many delicious options, means I can always find the perfect meal. Last night the fish dish was perfection, from the perfectly cooked cod, to the savory and slightly sweet delicata squash puree to the textural elements of the crisp broccolini and the crunch of the pomagranate and pepitas. And the dish paired wonderfully with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. After enjoying a basket of gluten free pop-overs (another favorite treat) and appetizers I was stuffed, but the dish was too delicious to leave even one bite on the plate. Our server Miranda was fabulous. Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and added so much to our dining experience. I highly reccommend.“

“First time trying BM Chen's and I can easily say it is the best chinese we have tried in Toledo. When they say authentic, they mean it. It is entirely a different experience than the typical fried chinese food. You can tell the food is cooked fresh and is indeed different from the Americanized versions of usual dishes. Will definitely be back again. If you like chinese food, 100% stop and give them a try.“

“Hands down, my favorite restaurant ever. You just can't go wrong with a Big Boy, with tarter sauce on it, and a side of crispy fries. I have ordered the same thing every time since I was a kid. If I see a Big Boy while out doing things, I make it a point to stop in for a bite. They never disappoint. The service is always fast and friendly, and the prices are right!

“The only place in Toledo that since Covid stays open past 8pm! Businesses, and there workers nowadays are just plain weak! Not this place, these dudes are in beast mode all night and I for that I’d eat from a dumpster before I’d. spend a dime anywhere else!!! All I gotta say is they’re lightning fast and are the nicest people in the business or for that matter any place I’ve been! So folks, tip these guys no less than 50%.“

They also always make sure the food is plated correctly for no spills or mess. I get my breakfast and sometimes lunch at the drive thru. “Food was great, drinks are always on point, but a little under staffed. Alyssa is incredible maintaining both the bar side and the restaurant but that is just insane for one person to do all day. That woman deserves a RAISE for the way she handles it!! Nobody missed/not taken care of, everything made with a quickness, and everyone served with a smile.“
