“We had lunch this afternoon at the Tin Goose Diner, first time visiting it came highly recommended from my friend Jeff Rahla. We both had smash burgers with iced tea. Our food was very good came out hot. It was a huge bonus getting to watch all the aircraft takeoff and land just outside the diner. The cleanliness of the restaurant was very impressive. Absolutely spotless. Our server, Jacob was very friendly and provided us great service .“

“Saw the sign for Big Boy from the highway and did a hard exit to see if it was the tastes I remember from childhood. I had a great experience. Water front dining at casual food prices. The server was wonderful (?Anton?). The restaurant, parking lot, and bathroom were all clean. My coffee cup stayed full and hot and the hot fudge ice cream cake was delicious and loaded with warm, smooth fudge; it indeed brought back childhood memories. I will go back if I'm in the area again. I would only ask that the outside windows be cleaned to have an even better water view.“

“I had lunch at the Goat today and not only was the food and service excellent, but the owner went out of his way to make sure our day trip ended on a high note. My bike got a flat tire and he insisted on hauling my bike and myself to the ferry. This 70 year old greatly appreciated his kindness and you can be sure we will support the Goat every time we visit the island.“

“I actually love the place. Unfortunately on our last visit we ordered prime rib which was without a doubt the worst I have ever had. I would think they'd be embarrassed to serve it and to charge $25 was robbery at its finest. Very disappointing from a place I typically enjoy.“

“Found this gem ironically mentioned in a regional travel magazine. Definitely a local spot. I was only out of state plate in lot. Had to try the New York strip…. Perfectly cooked as requested. Sometimes I feel worried when a venue as too many things in menu, but with our family we had a broad selection and all was fantastic!! Don’t hesitate to venue out to this spot!!! Will be back again guaranteed!!! A++“
