I ordered through the slice app and my pizza didn't get delivered, I called the store and the woman that answered was very kind an understanding of the situation. She said she would remake my food and PERSONALLY bring it out to me. And let me tell you the food was absolutely worth the wait. Just moved to the area and this will be my go to pizza place because of this experience!
