The reason I'm giving this place a one star is because every single time I try to order they are out of what I want this time I asked for extra mushrooms and sausage on my pizza then they say sorry we don't have sausage so I asked for chicken they didn't have that either so I decided on a deluxe pizza without sausage obviously and some ranch and guess what they were out of ranch dressing so then I get my food and It was a disappointing sub par pizza I don't think I'll be going back cause I've been disappointed almost every time I've gone

I’m being generous even leaving a one star but this place was absolutely dreadful the pizza was soggy and falling apart and when we called to complain they didn’t offer a refund but they offered replacement pizzas which were burnt/quemado and when my wife called to complain the lady says that’s how they make pizza and that they never had a complaint ?♂️ I should have looked at the reviews first but I had to put my trust in this place….never again

If I could put no star I would. My first experience eating here was disappointing. The quality of pizza being under cooked I just wanted good pizza for dinner. After contacting manager she said I would have to contact slice that I had went through third party she would not refund . She agreed to remake and when those pizzas came they were burnt. Very bad first impression. Bad pizza never again will I order here. I should have seen they had a a two star rating. If I could post a picture I would

very bad quality if pizza I had decided to give them a chance. my order was $40 for two pizzas. When they arrived were under cooked pizzas was falling apart. I spoke with manager and she said she could not refund me since I had used a third party. she agreed to a remake when those arrived they were over cooked . At this point, I am just completely done eating out. Tired of wasting my money. My pizza|breadstick combo was over cooked and delivered without a care. I called to ask for a refund and I was told this is how they make their pizzas & they can remake it for me. I declined. This is not how they make their pizzas and I don’t want spit in my food. I’m good.
Been coming here since I was a kid. This pizza has not changed since then! Always a pleasure when I get it !

Hands down the best subs I've had in toledo, the service is a typically a little slow, because the lady there holds down the entire kitchen herself, plus handles the phones as well as register. It's well worth the extra couple minutes.

Everyone that works there is rude as heck. When you call they are rude when you pickup they are mostly Rude. Y’all have a good pizza but your attitude and the way you treat people on the phone or in person matters. So if you would like future sales I would think about the way you treat people paying your wages!!
