“I assumed the transaction went smoothly until the cashier, “Lex” , lied on me right to my face to the chef claiming I was rude to her. She did it as if she was having a secret conversation, but did not bother to lower her voice. She could’ve even waited until I left. When I asked for her name she gave me a nickname & would not tell me her real name. I don’t appreciate being lied on, lied to, nor receiving poor service. “Lex” and the other line worker began talking about other customers right on the line, directly after this incident. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Piada across the map. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to experience such poor service. I will likely never go back to this location again.“

Prime example - I’m pregnant and will seriously cry without the ranch for my cheese sticks in my life. And the same gentleman comes through EVERYTIME! They even let me add bricks of cheese to my order for my cheese grater at home for literally only .50 a brick!“

“Have been going here for along time. First time ordering pizza though. I ordered extra sauce which I did not get and only ate a few slices. I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“

The salad and breadsticks were solid as always, but my main pasta dish was just kind of middle-of-the-road and could have used a bit more seasoning. “I have eaten here twice and both times was really good. I don't live in the area but my son does so when I am in the Toledo area this is my go to for amazing bacon cheeseburger pizza and cheesy bread that comes with 3 dipping sauces at no extra charge. I have also tried their specialty bbq pizza and it to is so delicious. All good praises for this place. This last time I made my pizza a stuffed crust and it was fire. P.S. I opened the car door to check my pizza when I pulled in and to people in the driveway area was like man that smells amazing.“

“I highly recommend this location! My family & I order from here all the time, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Andrew, G, and one of the girl managers who usually works nights (I don’t know her name) are always friendly and provide excellent customer service.

Our orders are usually on the larger side, and everything is always handled with care. I order from this location quite often and usually my orders are spot on. On the rare occasion something is incorrect, they take care of it quickly and make things right. I actually have another pizza place less than 2 minutes from my house and still choose this location becuase the food is always fresh and I know what to expect every time.“
