We were seated at a very cramped table despite plenty of booths being open and only a party of two got them. ​As for the food : ​Chicken Flatbread: Good flavor, but the bacon was too hard to eat. ​Chicken Alfredo: Very dry and lacked seasoning. ​Spaghetti w/ Alfredo: My daughter found her meal way too greasy to enjoy. ​Shrimp Al Forno: Very poor value—only 3 shrimp in the whole serving. ​It wasn't a "terrible" experience, but we definitely won't be rushing back.“

I asked to get extra sauce to take home and the waitress said it would cost $2.00 more. But she wasn’t sure. We had to ask again about the sauce after we paid the bill. She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.“

“Celebrated our wedding anniversary and wanted to go somewhere nice. The service was top notch. So many menu choices. I chose the chicken marsala that was amazing. Hubby had the build your own stromboli. Next trip we're trying their seafood dishes. The atmosphere was unique and relaxing. They have steaks, seafood, and italian dishes. “The best deep dish you’ll ever have (when you can’t go to Chicago). It’s a must to go to before a game, concert, or just strolling downtown Toledo. I consistently make a point to stop there whenever I can when going back home to Ohio. Service has always been excellent. Servers are always friendly and kind, even when outrageously busy. Prices are incredibly reasonable for how much you’re getting. I’ll never not love PizzaPapalis.“
