Had the opportunity to stop by this establishment and enjoyed every moment of my time there. I was greeted and welcomed in immediately upon arrival. Currently I'm suffering from a back injury and to avoid walking far Earl made it a point to seat me in a spot where I didn't have to walk far. That alone was thoughtful and appreciated. Great food and good prices. Today there was only one server. Additional employees and a manager present. I don’t understand why the employees aren’t cross-trained to assist in a time of need. I know for a fact that the manager should be stepping in and hasn’t done that during the time that I have been here. I am extremely disappointed.

I've been a faithful Bob Evans customer for years. I've never been disappointed. Even if something wasn't right in my order, it was corrected in a way that's kept me coming back.
