Had a good experience here. I drive a semi truck, was parked nearby, and decided to order. I didn't realize that the dining room closes at 10pm, when I placed my order at nearly 10pm. I walked over, and after a brief explanation, they allowed me to pick up my order by walking up to the drive-thru. Much appreciated, thank you.
Told we had to wait 5 minutes for a fresh chicken sandwich after waiting 3 minutes already. Pulled over to wait, 10 minutes pulled back over to the window and was told that they forgot to make our sandwiches. So yes, over 20 spent waiting. Trying to make the best out of it. My lettuce was limp and had brown edges, no asiago. Extremely disappointed ☹
I order through the drive-thru and the burger i ordered was cold, not even a little warm, completely cold. I was back on the highway before I opened it. The young man that gave me my order was kind, but got reprimanded from another employee who thought he had made a mistake, which he had not. It was very unprofessional.
