Arby's drive-thru experience has been mixed recently, with some customers enjoying hot, fresh food and excellent service, while others faced issues. The manager previously ensured that the fries were made fresh, quickly correcting any errors. The remodeled building still highlights tasty sandwiches and delicious mozzarella sticks, though some customers noted that the curly fries could be improved. The new burgers, including the bacon cheddar burger, have gained attention, with some customers finding them enjoyable. However, other reviews mentioned challenges with order accuracy and service, such as unclear communication and unsatisfactory food quality, specifically the BBQ bacon cheese burger, which was described as dry and lacking flavor. Despite these inconsistencies, there are still positive experiences, with some customers praising the friendly staff and fresh orders. Convenient parking, including handicap spots near the entrance, remains a plus for visitors.
