I’ve been to this Biggby around 25 times and every time I tell myself I won’t be back but there are no other coffee shops convenient to my house or job except more Biggbys that are just as bad.The time it takes to get a coffee is unacceptable. It can take ten minutes when no one else is in the store. This location is regularly staffed with just one person, which is both a safety and a staffing issue. Biggby coffee is a nice little place to get a little caffeine boost. They are about on par with Starbucks as far as quality, and my favorite part is a lot of their drinks are pretty basic and not overly sweet. When I get coffee, I prefer it to taste like coffee and not some kind of weird, overly sweet desert. Ordered a mint , mocha flurry....it had big pieces of ice in it...couldn't use my straw....the mint you could hardly taste....I ordered a large.....and it seemed like I got the medium?
