The ladies there deserve 100 stars. Madelyn( not sure if i spelled that rt) the lady that took out order went above and beyond to take care of us. And I didnt catch the girls name that made our drinks but they were on point. They also had friendly smiles amd had a great convo w her too. I live in deerfield and im thinking g I might make the trip to that timmys motr often. We go everytime we go to kroger.
Was 4 star a year ago on my original review, now it’s a 3. I tried the new protein, sugar-free vanilla latte and I’m pretty sure they forgot the protein and the sugar-free vanilla. It tasted like straight coffee. This is what my cup looks like with only one drink out of it.
Hiii. You should have an extra front counter person on the weekends. I've lived here for 8 years, and never seen more than one person, and there is always at least 5 people in line. I get that your drivethru gets nuts, but you'll make enough money to pay for that extra person 7 times over. And your customers won't have to wait 20 minutes. They're always super nice, though. Food is pretty good.
