Hiii. You should have an extra front counter person on the weekends. I've lived here for 8 years, and never seen more than one person, and there is always at least 5 people in line. I get that your drivethru gets nuts, but you'll make enough money to pay for that extra person 7 times over. And your customers won't have to wait 20 minutes. They're always super nice, though. Food is pretty good.

Every time I get a donut there, they are stale and hard, cold, even when I’ve gone both in the morning or even throughout the day. I went inside for a change, I stood there for almost 20 minutes with no one acknowledging me. Every time I get a hash brown there, they’re always hard and cold is not fresh.

I never have left a review for anything, but I wanted to make sure the workers that worked this morning were noticed for their patience and respect with a big order we had! We originally ordered 3 to go jugs of coffee for a football game. When we arrived we were told they didn’t have them and they could give us something else to put it in, they ended up not being able to find anything else so made 37 small cups of coffee for us and gave us 2 free hot chocolates.
