I am visiting Lansing for business and I have eaten here three times. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food ia fantastic. I had the Yangzho Fried Rice and asked for it to be spicey. It was perfect. I tried the steamed dumplings to start and they were cooked perfectly. Often times and at other establishments the food is blah. Not Apple Jade. A muat visit.

I have been searching for a good pad thai since I moved to Lansing. Half of my reviews are for Thai places. The only one I liked didn’t deliver, so I’ve been trying almost every single place in my area.
I like my pad Thai with no meat, but extra egg. Every place I ask for this from under-delivers. They’re usually fine but not as much egg as I would like. The first time I ordered from Apple Jade, I made the request as usual and it was great! I made the same request when I ordered it again a few days later (hey, when one finds good pad Thai), and it was even better. I was surprised to find such good Pad Thai from somewhere that’s not technically a Thai restaurant.
I am so appreciative that they’re willing to fulfill my special request. My fiance has gotten their General Tso’s and Orange Chicken and has said both times that the chicken is really good quality. All the portions are huge for how inexpensive they are, and the food is always still really hot and fresh when it’s delivered.
Apple Jade has found a loyal customer in me. Thanks for the egg ❤️

I work in Frandor and have eaten there for years. Loved it great food.. They changed owners and the food has went down since then. Fried rice taste horrible and new customer service people are rude and have no personality.
I was extremely hungry today, having not eaten since Friday morning. My girlfriend ordered shrimp fried rice and beef with broccoli from this place, hoping to satisfy my hunger. Unfortunately, I found both dishes disappointing. The beef with broccoli was drenched in an overly salty and rich sauce, while the fried rice was of poor quality. Despite having nicely cooked shrimp, the rice was overloaded with soy sauce and lacked sufficient egg. Overall, I regret spending money on this meal.. Most importantly,I lied to my girlfriend that I liked the food, just to be nice.
