I am visiting Lansing for business and I have eaten here three times.
The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food ia fantastic. I had the Yangzho Fried Rice and asked for it to be spicey. It was perfect. I tried the steamed dumplings to start and they were cooked perfectly.
Often times and at other establishments the food is blah. Not Apple Jade. A muat visit.

Excellent Moo Shu Pork today. My sister enjoyed her Mei Fun and Dad really liked his Happy Family. Really nice people and great service. We will be back and we recommend the place to others.

Hands down the best Chinese food in the Lansing area. The food is always Fresh, hot, made to order and the service is always beyond friendly. You can tell that they appreciate your business and are always so pleasant. When you call a place and they remember your name just after a couple visits you know you’ve hit a good spot. Thanks Apple Jade!
