Mya B was extremely disrespectful and refused to give us any extra condiments. Had a major attitude over the phone ordering and then continued when we arrived. Her own coworkers came out and apologized on her behalf and immediately fixed the situation and explained she’s not well liked around there. Will be sticking to the Lake Lansing location.

Saginaw St Restaurant in Lansing MI... Arrived patiently knowing they'd be busy on Veterans Day. Half hour wait - but no worries. Got sat within their stated timeframe. Our waitress was Maliah C who arrived with a smile and got our drink order quickly and also took our food order, knowing it might be a wait... but nope, food arrived quicker than expected! Just a great overall experience! Great job you guys!

The bartender Helen was extremely attentive and made my kids feel welcome! We sat at the inclusive bar and were greeted quickly and friendly. Will definitely be coming back for future.
Applebee’s used to be a reliable go-to, but this order was seriously disappointing. The wings were dry and overcooked, the shrimp wasn’t crispy like they promised, and the breadsticks were burnt. It feels like the quality has really gone downhill. Definitely not what it used to be.

Usually have a good experience, but not this location. Our party of 3 walked in and was seated right away. Restaurant had plenty of seating available. Server asked about drinks, but said they had to wash some first because they didn't have any. Brought out drinks, took our order. Brought out appetizer. No plates, or utensils given. Had to flag him down for that. Ran out of forks, so he said they had to wash some for us. Weird experience. Would not go back. Sorry, I usually love Applebee's.
