Arby’s on Martin Luther King in Lansing has completely lost the plot. The level of unprofessionalism here is ridiculous. I paid for items I never received — not a simple mix-up, but an outright failure to deliver what I purchased. Staff acted like they couldn’t care less, no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to fix their mistake. If you value your time, your money, and basic respect as a customer, avoid this location. There are plenty of places in Lansing that still understand customer service — clearly, this Arby’s isn’t one. They even threatened me to calling police because I complained to management. Management highly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

It's a shame when you place a order and they give you what they want you to have if I order a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese meal you give me a plain chicken sandwich. That's not cool after I done spent $39 on three meals and mine out of all of them is jacked up y'all got to do better give me what I pay for don't give me what you want me to have

8pm on a Friday. Side Doors locked and the front door almost came off the building. Not safe at all. Both workers just smiled like it's normal to have locked doors at 8pm on a Friday. Going to get dinner somewhere else.
I can't say it as to the atmosphere because I always use the drive-thru the workers there always nice but I'm going to have to say I was real disappointed with this new smokehouse brisket sandwich the meat was grey and the pickles on it tasted funny .the bun look like it had mold on the top and the bottom and it just was not a good sandwich for paying over $13 for a small amount of fries a small drink and that sandwich I definitely won't buy it again actually I should have known better because the roast beef is always grey looking an old tasting I usually only get fish at Arby's I'm glad they brought back the original fish that they had before but I'm thinking pretty much done with Arby's

How hard is it to do your job and take care of your customers. Everything I asked for was wrong. Got cold potato cakes and zero Arby's sauce for my 4 sandwiches. So if you're hungry but don't want to eat it because you would rather have it all messed up go here. If you want proper service go somewhere else. Yet another reason why I don't eat food in Lansing.

I don't know how you screw up a roast beef combo with curly fries but they did.
Not only was there no condiments on my sandwich there was a pitiful amount of roast beef. As if someone whispered the word beef near a facsimile of actual meat. In addition the spite tasted vile and smelled like sewer water. I also got served cold crinkle cut fries without salt instead of the normal curly fries. The captain is asleep at the wheel.
This establishment is currently a stain on Lansing and should be closed or overhauled entirely. Go literally anywhere else.
