I don't know how you screw up a roast beef combo with curly fries but they did.
Not only was there no condiments on my sandwich there was a pitiful amount of roast beef. As if someone whispered the word beef near a facsimile of actual meat. In addition the spite tasted vile and smelled like sewer water. I also got served cold crinkle cut fries without salt instead of the normal curly fries. The captain is asleep at the wheel.
This establishment is currently a stain on Lansing and should be closed or overhauled entirely. Go literally anywhere else.

I always come to this location versus any other location in Lansing. The staff is great they are always quick, efficient and friendly. Plus they make my food fresh. The chicken is always nice and hot anytime I go there.

D on the food was crap, They put very little barbecue sauce like barely any on our sandwiches Which included such on the sandwiches.My Jamaica shake didn't taste anything like any Other arby's I get One from And my mom asked for. Know what cream on hers and they still gave her whip cream and it was all On the mobile app.
Then to top things off. We had to wait for 5 minutes from both of our orders. Maybe 10 and they wouldn't even let her into use. The bathroom which on their app does not specify that their lobby hours differ from their drive through hours. It is currently 9 PM and was 8:57 PM when she went to use the bathroom. I will never be coming to this arby's again unless it is literally out of desperation, And if you want better customer service and appreciation. then go to the one in frandore in lansing michigan If you are. Once we ordered, they made us drive out front to help their drive-thru times, and we sat and waited 15 minutes. After the 15, they brought out our food, with a mozzarella stick missing from my 6-piece and they are so greasy. They also forgot our water. I don't hold Arby's to a high standard but this still fell short.
Cut you off while giving your order. No wonder 4 out of 6 items are wrong, and of course, your customer service doesn't exist! Do better

Just ordered 2 fish sandwiches with a medium crinkle frie. My sandwiches didn't have tartar sauce, and they have me curly fries. How hard is it to complete an order correctly????
