Be careful using the online ordering feature with this location or maybe it was truly just those workers at the counter, who knows?
My wife offered to pick up my in app online order and the staff were so rude to her and almost didn’t let her pick up the food. I sent her screenshots of the order and they told her that my name wasn’t in the screenshot. So I went to go screenshot where my name is, easy simple problem fixed right? Wrong. My name is nowhere in the meal confirmation. I screen recorded the whole page so they could see. It was a no. She told them my name anyway without being prompted and it matched of course but still put up a fight. I’m not sure what more we could’ve done to prove it’s our order.

Went through the drive thru today and only took 3 minutes. Got the hottest curly fries with a warning that they were hot. Could not resist... they were hot. Great staff and service.

I really like Arby’s on occasion, but I can’t remember the last time that I actually received a correct order. And the employee taking my order, who unfortunately did not speak all that clearly, got after me for failing to respond to her question. I had no idea what she had said to me.

I would not go here! The employees are unprofessional, and have bad customer service. Two of there employees did not even wear gloves when handling my food. And I saw one of them open my burger I ordered. With her bare hands, and stick it back in the bag before handing it to me. After I saw her touch her face multiple times. I didn’t even wanna eat it after seeing all this. This is upsetting to think you will go here, and get food, and pay for it just to throw it out. Because you see employees breaking heath department policy, and not taking their Job serious enough. And then touch their faces, and other areas of the environment, and them selfs. Then touch your food without gloves…. Expecting you would wanna eat it after.
After today. I’ll definitely contact there corporate office, and report this location, and there staff to the health department.
I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes, I would have left but there was 2 cars ahead of me and 1 car behind me. 9 minutes was just waiting to order. At the window I didn't receive an apology for the wait, no simple explanation or compensation. The girl was polite enough though. When I got to hotel my order was incorrect. When I called and spoke to you a general manager he kept passing the book saying they are not allowed to pull cars forward they only have four staff that are working the girl was in training. He just kept passing the buck.

I door dashed Arby's and bit into what I can only describe as plastic I don't blame Doordash I blame Arby's talk about a choking hazard, clearly Arby's feels their take out customers don't matter

Love their current deal on the crispy chicken sandwich deal right now 2 for $6. They are HOT and FRESH along with all the toppings.
