I got very sick after eating this, bad abdominal cramps just 9 hours after eating, and it’s the only thing I ate that would’ve made me sick, as I ate 12 hours prior to that.
Arby’s has not been the best lately, this is not the first time I heard of someone getting food poisoning at Arby’s, and it’s definitely not my first time, I got it at the Charlotte mi one too, they all are just going down hill.

I ordered a Turkey Ruban Sandwich It is at least half the size that it used to be and costs more. I ate and enjoyed it but will not order it again as I feel it isn't a good value.
I liked one of the promotions Arby's had going on. However, trying to use the app and order "online specials" has been quite the challenge. The app is horrible, from not being able to add items to not offering Diet Coke with some combos, amongst other issue!
In my frustration, while in the parking lot, I apparently ordered for the wrong location. But thanks to the Manager (along with his employee) they stepped in and made the situation right. Probably the best customer care/service I have had at a Lansing Arby's! And that is going back many years. Thanks again, continue to go the extra step and make potato cake permanent!

This location is not normal! The turkey is sliced so thick you only get 2 slices on a market fresh sandwich! Beef constantly thick and chewy. Lobby is always a disaster, dirty.

This is a really great Arbys. I always order through the app when I need to grab something to eat on the way to work. They always have my order waiting for me, and it's always accurate. The employees are friendly, and seem to care about what they're doing. The sandwiches even look like they're supposed to (rather than thrown together). The establishment is clean.

I went through the drive thru just 5 minutes before they closed (yes I was sadly one of those people) and I was expecting some not-so-happy employees but both Andrea and Tyler greeted me and were so friendly and made me feel like it was no issue at all. I wasn’t having the best day today but we all talked for a bit while the fries were heating up and their welcoming energy made me laugh and smile so much. I appreciate what they did tonight. 10/10 service
