The nicest fast food workers I’ve ever met in my life. Whoever was working October 1st at 2 pm needs a raise because they were actually some of the nicest people I ever met and the food was good.

Holy rude! The customer service is absolutely awful. Food was fine. A sandwich was forgotten on my order, so I asked about it. Took 4 of them standing in the window of the drive through hollering it wasn’t put on my order. I told them I would pay for it if it was missed, but please make me the sandwich. I was such an inconvenience the bag was thrust into my car. I told them thank you and have a nice day, I got a grunt back in response.

I go to arby's because they're supposed to prepare things fresh and I've always had the experience. This is one of the only location that I've found that you'll get cold fries and your food will be put together sloppy. There's a few other locations near that are really good but I would avoid this location.
