I liked one of the promotions Arby's had going on. However, trying to use the app and order "online specials" has been quite the challenge. The app is horrible, from not being able to add items to not offering Diet Coke with some combos, amongst other issue!
In my frustration, while in the parking lot, I apparently ordered for the wrong location. But thanks to the Manager (along with his employee) they stepped in and made the situation right....

This is a really great Arbys. I always order through the app when I need to grab something to eat on the way to work. They always have my order waiting for me, and it's always accurate. The employees are friendly, and seem to care about what they're doing. The sandwiches even look like they're supposed to (rather than thrown together). The establishment is clean.

It is at least half the size that it used to be and costs more. I ate and enjoyed it but will not order it again as I feel it isn't a good value.
