Went thru the drive thru on Sunday, paid using my debit card. Today is Tuesday and I've had 5 unauthorized charges on that card. I woul advise against using your debit card at Lansing W. Saginaw location.

Got very sick. We ordered meals on 03/21/24 around 10:30 pm ,service was good . We did wonder about the gentlemen working the grill area he appeared to not feel well .He had a hoody and thick winter hat on.Ate the food it tasted good but by friday 11am my ife felt so sick she could stay awake.We both have stomach infection ,nausea,coughing, diarrhea and fever.5 days later still sick. Workers should be sent home if sick.

Sometimes you just need a beef and cheddar from Arby's. I was a little disappointed to find that they have about half of the roast beef on them than they used to. I could swear the beef is shaved thinner as well. The bun was flat and squishy. Just not the same any more. Tasted like bun.
