If I could give this place less than one star I would. At 10:30pm on Dec. 9th we place an order for 4 sliders and a small fry. They tell us to park and they will bring our order out, it’s snowing and only one other car is there with us but the car in front didn’t pull up very far so we were really close and didn’t have room, yes no one was behind us so we just stayed in the line instead of backing up to go park. The girl comes back to the window and said you need to park so we explained the car didn’t give us enough room if she wanted us to back up we would, with an attitude she says you must not know how fast food works, we are on a timer and shuts the window and walks away. We back up and park… 15 minutes later we are like you have to be kidding me. What’s taking so long? So we pull up back up to the window because NO ONE ELSE was in line and she opens the window and hands us our food. Horrible customer service!!

The last 4 times ive been there they have either messed my order up or didnt give me any sauce when ive asked for it. Also they have made me pull off into a parking spot with no one else in line and wait 20 minutes for 2 sliders and a small fry. I wont be returning which sucks because I love arbys bit this location needs some attention

Was my go to after work. (Closing shifts end around 10) literally was the only place to get a decent meal after work. Now the dude who man’s the front is slow as hell constantly messing orders up and god forbid you ask him for a sauce you might get it you might get a random one you never really know, one thing you do know is you won’t get what you asked for.

When Jack is working, 5 star service. When Zack is working, 0 stars. Placed an order for a large curly fry and 4pc mozzarella stick and Zack had us pull up and wait 10+ minutes then finally came out and just asked us what our order was.

Everyone else that works here is extremely nice and competent but Zack needs a new job. In the past he’s forgotten sauces, given wrong sauces, and has also messed up orders despite being told it 3 times.
