Last 3 times I've been have had issues. First the drive through was closed despite being within operating hours. Second the guy tried to double my order. Third visit I was charged $12 for a 2 for $6 and a large soda. Not to mention they advertise a free sandwich through the app but the app does not work, and according to multiple sources online, has not worked for months. Advertising deals that are impossible to utilize feels shady.

Ms. Angela, you saved the Day today after being on the road a long way from home the Arby's on MLK messed up our Order 3x and I called Center St Arby's frustrated Ms. Angela swooped in and saved the day and fixed the mistake made by a store not her store. The service was okay but as I started eating my food I found two extremely long hairs of the lady that had handed me my food in my sandwich and it was extremely disgusting made me want to gag and I will never be returning to this restaurant that has no sanitation

Stopping here was a mistake. Ordered our food, got to the window our total came to $17.26 so I handed the young girl $20.26. She proceeded to give me more money back. Trying to be nice I explain she should have only gave me $3 back , and she gave me more than what she was suppose to and didn't want her to get in trouble she proceeded to tell me it's about getting the customer and drinks right through... huh.. your making no sense. After that, she tells me to pull over and park and our food would be out later... okay after only waiting a few mins our food came out, a different lasy brought it out. basically dropped it in my window and walked away.. I reply have a nice day. Looking into our bag our order wasn't right, so I go into the lobby, where i was greeted by a nice little old lady. I explained what happened. Same girl that brought out the food, walks over and tosses my sandwich at me then walks away. This is awful customer service. Literally didn't make sure she handed me the correct one.(Which it was not, but I was so irritated by how i was treated,) I literally grabbed my things and walked away. I will not be back

The order I received was incorrect. I ordered two classic arby's and and curly fries and receive two fish sandwiches and curly fries thst a green around three or four of them. I've tried to call the store and the line rings busy for 30 minutes now. This is the first time I went to this Arby's location, and I won't go back.

Tried out the new bacon brisket melt, it's the most expensive sandwich they offer also has the least amount of meat of any sandwich on the menu, also it doesn't go together very well, won't purchase again. Service was slow and complicated.
The countertop condiment dispenser was empty or broken, sitting standing at the counter trying to get someone to get ketchup and Arby's cause while my food cooled

The service was absolutely terrible. I give this place a 1 star. The girl that was working at the window. It was hard hearing her at the speaker or the drive thru. And soon as I got to the window. She acted like she was dummer than a doorknob. I'm sure I can do her job better than her... or anyone. I worked at a fast food place for 9 yrs

It is unfortunate in todays age with the cost of living how short staffed places are these days. I have worked in both overstaffed places to understaffed and I know it is no funFood was hotService was slow. We waited a good 20 mins with 5 cars ahead. And the ladies at the window were obviously feeling the pressure of being busy...aside from that pleasant enough.
