I actually had a good experience at Art's Pub. The food was good, I had the Remmy : biscuit, gravy, potatoes, and eggs over the top. The pub has a really nice laid back atmosphere, and can be loud at times. I thought the service was pretty good.

After hearing about this place on the radio this morning, we really wanted to try it. Don’t!!!! We sat at a high top in the bar area. The only bartender was swamped. After waiting we were finally approached to take a drink order. We asked what size glass the margarita came in. We were told a pint glass. When it came it was in a small rocks glass. That was the first disappointment! We ordered a breadstick appetizer when our drinks finally came! The bartender apologized for the delay. We were planning on ordering wings and pizza but after no contact for the next twenty minutes we decided that we had been forgotten and asked to check out. That’s when the bartender checked the kitchen and brought out our breadsticks. We tried to send them back, but the manager would not take them off the bill because it had not been twenty five minutes. The manager was very rude and condescending. When I mentioned the poor bartender being swamped she said we have two people working the bar. We had A LOT of time to observe and there was only one working behind the bar! The managers response, with attitude, “well maybe we should have three.” Then when we tried to cash out we had to ask multiple times. There are much better places to spend your hard earned money. We ended up at Harrison Roadhouse and had a fantastic experience with excellent service!

My nephews, cousin and I arrived at 9:53. We only had 5 mins to order because the kitchen closed at 10. The waitress was so cool. We were the last customers so we were able to put the game on, eat, and drink in peace. The food was good for only having 5 mins! Lol. The drinks hit! We will be back, just a lot earlier next time!!

Really disappointed by the large increase in the price for wings, used to be a fair price. I get that increases are necessary from time to time but a 37% increase is pretty insane. I’m referring to the XL order which was $29 before and is now $40.
The bar tender is a jerk the Blonde head girl that works at the bar every time I come in here since she has been here my drinks suck I hate she's the bar tender now get her out of here please I love this place but I won't be back as long as she here I been coming here for 30yrs this is truly sad

Ordered online and the estimated time for it to be ready was far off. It came out 25 minutes before the estimated pick up time. The wrap was good, but the bread I ordered was no longer fresh since I wasn’t ready to come and get it based on the time it originally gave me.
One of the best places in Lansing. Their pizza is in a league of its own, you have to try the Dragon Bread, and a foodie haunt for sure. We LOVE. The staff and highly recommend it.

I went there with a group of guys from work for breakfast pizza. It was kind of cool to see people in there at 7:00 in the morning drinking alcohol. Made me jealous I was working second shift and couldn't drink with him lol.
