Today I ordered pretzel bites and two lemonades, and asked for tap water for my toddlers cup. They wouldnât give me water without charging me. Absolutely insane. Iâve never had anybody reject giving a CHILD water, especially when Iâm already making another purchase. I have been coming here for 25 years and I will never be back. Even if I werenât a paying customer, it is downright cruel and inhumane to deny a child (or anybody) water. Do better.

To the worker who took our order and failed to let your crew know. You simply took the order and left. No communication. We sat there for 30 minutes and when we asked another worker about our order, they had no clue! Shame on you! If you donât want to work there, simply quit. No one wants your lack of effort. Quit immediately. To the other two ladyâs, you were great! You carry the team! (In photo)

The only two times I've been here was to redeem some free food with my T-Mobile Tuesday app and the first experience was easy with online ordering but today, I will not be returning to this specific spot. The condescending attitude from the woman behind the counter was unwarranted. The sign for mobile orders is clear so I waited there like the last time and because I'm half blind on my right side I didn't see another cashier working and then I was told to head over to the register like I was stupid and I was taken aback. Didn't want to cause a scene so I thanked the other worker who actually grabbed my order and was nice and left. I will not waste anymore of my time here; even for a free snack, not worth it

The pretzels are good but the customer service is very bad.
The lady with the orange dreads and arm tattoo is very unhygienic, she was applying lip gloss while we ordered and she was not interested in serving us and others.
I would recommend going to another location instead, where the employees at least have some integrity in their work.
I tell you what, no wonder the Lansing Mall is dying out. Isaiah W at the Auntie Anne's in the Lansing Mall is horrible, and the customer service is ridiculous. I am not sure how they are still in business. I simply asked for my food to be fresh, and they just handed me old dried-up pretzels, so I took it back, and they got an attitude immediately. I just asked for my money back because they would rather give me old pretzels that have sat out for 30 minutes than take a couple of minutes to make me fresh ones. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me, then Isaiah W just sat down the whole time while telling me he was working on it, but yet he is sitting down not doing anything. No wonder he's working here, cause it's clear they have no training in customer service. I hire thousands of people a year for a multi-million dollar company, and I would never even think to hire someone with such unprofessionalism, lack of customer service skills, and lack of accountability or compassion for their customers.

I understand that closing is not a fun experience. I try to not leave negative reviews but I did not have a good experience here. I waited with my partner to be helped. After 8 minutes of waiting, without being acknowledged, the employee prepping food called another employee up front to take our order. Nothing was said to either of us. The person who came to the counter didn't say anything to us. We were about to order the food that was on display and the employee prepping the food threw it in the trash as I pointed to it. I was confused what was available to be ordered so I asked the cashier and she was confused and the man prepping said something under his breath that I didn't understand, so I just left. I was patient in waiting and tried to be polite because I know working in food can suck. I just don't understand what my partner and I did wrong to be treated that way.

Alaija took my order one large pretzel bite and aâ2 large diet cokes. The reply was we donât have large available then charges me for 2 snails 1 Diet Coke and add 15% for herself when I hit zero. Watch out for this scam.

Just have the lemonade strawberry. The guy took order was good but the lady was awful. I am calm and non violent person. Try always avoid any kind of clash. After I paid I told pls very little ice(not more than 2 cubes).
She indicate me here I already made it. I saw there lots of ice. She literally forced me to take it.

Take care of your business. It is Not good for your business. Btw I am one who has business in this mall.

Old pretzels all the time, mediocre service and the long time personnel is rude and just a little mean. I asked if they gave discounts close to the closing time since their pretzels tend to not be fresh later in the day she said No and I could barely hear since she continued to work without looking up but was even ruder when I asked her what sheâd said! So I guess theyâd rather throw away food then sell it cheaper! Mainly I asked because every other time I get a pretzel itâs dry and old. Welp I will not be spending my money anywhere she works! Sheâs been there a long time too!

So went here with my gf and we went up to the store because yk we wanted a pretzel the workers were on there phone when arriving (possibly due to no customers at time) but we order and there card machines wouldnât work (had 37.83 on it Meal was 14.52 for 2 pretzel and 2 drinks) and we had to go elsewhere but yeah normally it good tho.

Stopped by to get pretzels for the family after the kids went to see Santa. Tried to get a bucket of pretzels for us (7 people) and was informed they would not sell me a bucket of pretzels even though they had plenty sitting there and I would have to wait at least 40 minutes to get them. I asked how many cups were in a bucket. I was told 5. There was more than 5 sitting there and others being made. But they wouldnât sell them. So apparently the profit on the cups takes precedence over customer service. Been coming here for years but not any more if this is the case.
