Smells like sewage every time we go in. Can’t get my wife to go anymore.

Ordered a cake for a birthday and it was amazing. Great customer service.

Kennedy, the manager, was a ROCKSTAR! She was working solo and there were 10 people in front of us ordering everything from shakes to hand packed quarts of ice cream! She never lost her momentum in helping each person and worked swiftly and efficiently with a smile on her face! I’d hire her in a heartbeat! Great job, Kennedy!

Ice cream is very good. Canolli are disappointing.

The girls who work here are the slowest ice cream scoopers I've ever seen worst customer service ever June 19th 9:35 p.m. Don't waste your time or money here

We love this place it is clean and so many options to choose from! Unfortunately yesterday we went to get some shakes for our kids and ice cream for ourselves took us about an hour to wait in the line! We ended up not ordering for ourselves only for kids! There were two girls working there , the blonde girl was little quicker then the other girl who took our order! Not sure if it’s okey to serve people that slow! Kids got frustrated and the taste of the strawberry milk shake was different!

First time ever going to any Baskin Robbins. I’m a little grossed out tbh bc I wanted a banana split and noticed the worker not wearing any gloves 🤢 she’s touching money with her bare hands and my banana with bare hands NO THANK YOU!

I placed a pick up order tonight via doordash. Apparently there was an issue that a driver came in with my order and it was given away. I’m not sure how DoorDash does this as with a pick up (not delivery) order when there’s no address listed to deliver it to, as it’s a pick up
The women inside texted their manager as they have not been trained to resolve issues. They just kept texting in between instead of having any sense of urgency to call to resolve an issue with a customer right in front of them. The store manager and general manager apparently said there was nothing they could do for me, even though i showed them four ways that it’s a pick up, I’m the customer not a driver, and spent money at their store. But since there was only one receipt printed on their end, they could not remake my order nor refund me. DoorDash couldn’t refund me since baskin Robbin’s prepped the order. It’s really not that deep over ice cream but the principle that they gave away my order, charged my card, and said “there’s nothing we can do for you.” So three levels of employees between store employees, store manager, and general manager care more about covering up their mistakes and saving money over correcting their mess up. WAY TO GO

We had an awesome experience today! My youngster got to practice her cake decorating skills. Im grateful to the kind staff here for allowing her that moment!

Kennedy the worker was very rude and having an attitude the whole interaction. I would do no stars if I could.

Stopped in with my husband yesterday, the store was very clean, fully stocked, and ice cream was delicious. The guy working was so friendly and patient. Sometimes you go to a fast food place, ice cream/coffee shop, and the workers are annoyed and just rushing to get you out the door. This guy wasn't like that at all, he was so nice. We plan to visit again next time we have a craving, even if it is a little out of our way.

Nice little shop. Clean. A variety of cones and cakes. It's a nice place to hang out with my nephew for a quick ice cream.

We love the Baskin Robbins in the Marketplace area. Their February Flavor is Love Potion ❤️ It's Fabulous 👌.

The flavors are always a little too crazy for my personal taste I like more traditional or more plain flavors. The service was amazing, I went in the other night to see one man running the store and it was busy. I didn’t catch his name but he did a great job at serving everyone in a timely manner.
