Big John Steak & Onion

I was very sad with my sandwich today there was hardly any meat on the sandwich and when I took it out the bag meat was falling out. The cheese was still cold as if it just came out the package. My sandwich wasnt even wrapped up I ate more bread than meat because there just wasnt alot I had to rip pieces off because of the lack of meat

The Big John's Cheese steak is better than any Philly Cheese steak in Philadelphia. Trust me, I've been to Philadelphia and tried all of the original places from Gino's, to Pat's, to Tony Luke's. Flint just does it better. Just have to be honest here. It's best to get a super with extra cheese and green pepper cooked into the meat.

The girls that work the registar are always friendly and helpful. However the person on the grill doesn't care about the quality of the food he is sending out. Almost $40.00 for 2 meals and have to throw the 2nd half out almost every time as the bread is soaked with grease and falls apart

I ordered a turkey sandwich with no mayo. My husband looked inside when we went home. I couldn't even eat it. There was mayo in it!! Some people are allergic to eggs! My husband also was not impressed with his sandwich. I will not go back.

I always come here when I am in the area. Service is always quick and sandwiches are hot.

The building is not very aesthetic looking from the outside, or the inside. But it is very clean, the food is phenomenal, and the staff are awesome.
