Big John Steak & Onion

Went here a while ago to get food and liked it but on my most recent visit the guy on the comms wouldn't answer despite there being no line and then cussed me out and threatened to call the cops when I tapped on the speaker to check if it was working. Abysmal customer service ruins an otherwise good restaurant.

Excellent food, prices and world class service at every single location! The atmosphere is severely lacking, but everything else makes up for it ten fold. 12/10 Would recommend.

I see why these locations are closing... The subs are all bread and toppings and no meat. I ordered a chicken Philly and it was all lettuce and tomato, and barely any chicken.. I added a photo Google for reference.

I don't fault the employees as I'm sure they are told they have to portion everything out. But come on now.

This location lost the recipe for the seasoning or something, the sandwiches are bland and under cooked. Meat had no seasoning at all, just plain beef and cheese with almost raw onions.

The food here is amazing. I cannot believe that we did not find out about this place earlier. Make sure you get the red sauce for your sandwich. It's amazing. And the waffle fries are awesome as well. We've never had anything from here that we did not like.

The staff here is very friendly and they do a good job. The food is mostly "meh" to me although I love their waffle fries, especially when they are done just right and are just the right amount of crispy on the outside. So good!
