Big Moe's Kitchen (Lansing, Mi)

I just wanted to say how WONDERFULLY consistent Big Moe’s has been with quality and flavour. It’s one of my favorite things order off UberEats because of how specific they let you do substitutions and customizations. The chicken sizzle bowl is amazing and comes with well seasoned chicken, fresh veggies and rice, plus really good sauces. The restaurant uses a lot of ranch which isn’t my fiancé’s favorite but they do customizations so well that we can easily get things on the side. Sometimes I even by the chicken sizzle bowl and add soup broth to get meals for the week super easily which speaks to how well seasoned and made everything is for me.

I was really pulled to write a review today because they double the size of my fries and gave me two drinks free of charge, which was the nicest gesture. Hoping Lansing appreciates this gem of a place because I sure do!

ordered the steak skillet and my husband ordered the loaded brisket fries and let me tell you it was AMAZING for our first time there! definitely on the pricy side but also so worth it for the amount of food you get 😌

Loving the fact ypu get four whole egg rolls, not just two cut in half. I requested no sauce on/in my egg rolls and they are still really good without, so if you are a BBQ Teriyaki person, you'll love em. I also got brisket in the side and the only thing I had an issue with was the fact it tasted like BBQ sauce was on it. I didn't know it had it on there. It's good and not a lot of sauce but I don't like it, so I thought that they should mention it has a bit on it. I will definitely be going back to try other things on the menu.

Our favorite place in the area! Our daughter’s boyfriend can only eat halal so we truly appreciate that it fits all of our wants and needs! The staff is always very friendly, food is amazing (brisket sandwich is my FAV!) amazing location we’ve never been disappointed (well, unless they’re out of brisket! )

We're originally from Texas, so we know our barbecue. We are exploring Michigan and decided to stop in. It's our first time here. We really enjoyed it! Will be coming back in the future.

Food is fine, nothing to write home about. Customer service, on the other hand, is abysmal. If you’re wanting to wait 35 minutes plus for a premade wrap, go elsewhere. Is it crazy of me to say this place is discriminatory? If you’re Caucasian, call ahead and plan for an hour, minimum. If you’re not Caucasian, I’m sure you’ll get your food 15 minutes before any white person in the store, even if you ordered after! I WON’T be back.

First time I went to this restaurant and it exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing with multiple flavors just mixing together so well and there servings are huge I couldn’t finish the food and took it to go.

Food was amazing. The cashier was doing his best, idc about a lil bit of a wait. My order was correct, complete and delicious. The only bad part of my experience was watching a 40
Year old man (a customer) throw his drink and food all over the ground, creating a hazard for everyone else. The staff cleaned it up so fast I didn’t even see it happen! Mistakes happen, treating people like garbage and embarrassing yourself isn’t the solution.

Showed up at 5:50 on Monday after work to try and get some dinner my wife. Never heard of the place and thought why not. Noticed that everybody around us already had their food yet we ordered before all of them. After 30 minutes, we decided to come up to the desk and ask what an update on our food was turns out they gave our food away to the wrong people next thing you know everybody in the entire restaurant had the wrong food. After 45 minutes, we asked when our food was going to be done. They gave me mine yet my wife’s was still not done. We just walked out Eventually, we never ended up getting our food. Horrible experience would never recommend anybody to come back to this place

I grabbed the bowl with the insane amount sauce! Gotta do better they served me chicken out of can. The chicken was mushy and extra salty, then was covered in unwanted sauce, am so upset.
