Apparently the manager didn't graduate with basic comprehensive skills. I orders a small black iced mocha coffee with sweet foam on the top and mocha syrup on the side instead of in my coffee bc they like to make coffee too sweet. I got told they have no way of ringing up the mocha on the side 😳 like it's a iced mocha coffee you literally just ring up a iced mocha coffee which I'm still paying for and you put it on the side so the customer can add it to their cup. Every other biggbys location has the capability to do this and has but this location can't. You literally just threw away a $15 order with everything that we were gonna order bc you can't comprehend basic requests. If your worried about the darn cup charge me for the cup. This location needs someone with a little more common sense running it. If they can't comprehend this basic request I sure as hell wouldn't trust them with managing money or employees. Do yourself a favor and replace her with someone that has a higher IQ level. Pure ignorance. 😒 I even tried to explain it to them in simple terms and the manager was so rude and ignorant they didn't even want to hear it. I can't imagine how much money in the middle of this big city this location is loosing.

Their bagels do not have the cheese in the bragel. All it has is the meat and cream cheese. They don't even let you know. Worst service.

Love getting warm (not hot) coffee in the morning. Also these workers have the audacity to ask for a tip every time I come through. I'm not going to tip tip people for slow service and doing a simple task of puting milk and sugar in a $3.50 coffee. I would be absolutely embarrassed to ask for a tip for serving warmish coffee and slow service speed.

I love our regular baristas at the Elmwood Location, they are always fantastic and sweet which makes the experience worthwhile. I love the biggby by LCC Campus as well on your way there, they are fantastic as well! 2 solid locations I frequent when I can!
Perfectly needed pick me after being up since 4:30am. She even filled my to go mug with the perfect amount of mocha and cream! Friendly staff!

Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this Biggby location. I once saw an employee smoking a cigarette while preparing coffee in the drive thru. Ask them how often they clean their ice machine.

A nice drink but I wanted to sit and study. And there was music in the lobby and music the barista was playing in the kitchen area. One music is good. Two music is sensory overload and very unpleasant.

The food and drink was wonderful. Because they were understaffed, it took way to long for them to take our order and to prepare it. It was not the staff's fault, there just was not enough of them.
