had a very disappointing experience at this location. I sat in the drive-through for about 3–4 minutes, and the staff couldn’t tell me what came in a drink I asked about. Then they stopped responding altogether.
I decided to go inside, but when I walked up to the counter, the employees were busy counting their till. They asked me to give them a minute, but I ended up standing there for another 5–6 minutes with no acknowledgment or service. Eventually, I just left without ordering.

I love Biggby and the drinks are always perfect. However literally every single time I come to this specific location my bagel is never cooked right… I always ask for my bagel to be well done. They never ever do it. So today I went and asked them to make it almost burnt and when I got it one side was toasted and burnt but the other side was cold and very soft? Why does one side get toasted and not the other. Does it have to flipped? If it does why don’t they? I don’t have issues at any other Biggby just this one. This Biggby is right on my way to work which is why I go there.

Santino and Kelsey were so wonderful. They helped me with my large coffee order for a group and assisted me to my car. This was especially kind since I was also juggling my almost 2 year old daughter at the same time. I would definitely come back to this location!

Store 349 is like a tiny side family to me. I can come in the store early in the morning, straight out of bed looking like a Muppet, and im never judged. Both times I had surgery in the past two years, the staff was super sweet and checked in. Jenn has been doing amazing with her team. They know I love them all but I wanted to recognize their PERC, Remi. They never forgets the types of drinks I like and is ALWAYS CONSCIOUS of when my child is with me, and has never let a caffinated expresso drink touch her hand 😍🥰 Im neurodivergent and every once in awhile will come in flustered or even basically non verbal; they are always super patient and has an odd way of keeping my anxiety down. One of the best stores locally when it comes to customer service. They are absolutely an asset to Biggby!
