I go to biggby daily mostly on MLK but today I had to stop at this one on MI AVE and iv learned from prior experiences not to but decided to try again well 20 minute's later I get both drinks I ordered which were NOT correct and costed more. The cashier was polite and friendly but thats irrelevant when I pay more and dont even get the correct drink AND this location charges more.

To whoever won was working with another women this morning on tie Jan 13 2026 at 7:40 am your doing a fabulous job and keep up good work, to lady who was rude not only to the young man but also to door dash workers in front of customers, you should be ashamed and change your attitude towards the geo that young man was trying to do to help you but instead you said move her out of my way and to the dasher you said can’t use bathroom unless paying customer if you don’t like your job quit, or change your behavior!!
