Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this Biggby location. I once saw an employee smoking a cigarette while preparing coffee in the drive thru. Ask them how often they clean their ice machine.

A nice drink but I wanted to sit and study. And there was music in the lobby and music the barista was playing in the kitchen area. One music is good. Two music is sensory overload and very unpleasant.

Decent coffee. Great that they give a discount to local healthcare workers. Much better than Starbucks but I still prefer local places as this is still a chain. But, quality is consistent between locations.

Worst cashier ever, doesn't listen! Had to go back & have my hazelnut mocha remade, only to have another really bad tasting coffee! I can't even taste the coffee! Zero stars, 2 thumbs down, do not recommend! ?

I don't usually post poor reviews. However, the wait time for the drive thru was really obnoxious and our drinks were made wrong. The baristas were friendly and remade them before they even handed them out but didn't rinse the cup so the foam was still inside the beverage when we ordered non dairy beverages. I'm just disappointed by this experience.

We have been sitting here waiting for our 2 Butter Bears and 1 Pup Cup for our dog Floyd for over 30 minutes! There is another couple that's been here waiting for even longer than we have! I've been drinking coffee and going to coffee shops very regularly since I was about 14 years old, and this is BY FAR the slowest experience that I've ever had at a coffee shop! And they aren't even busy! This experience is something else!

This Biggby location almost always messes up my order, a very simple order, and is rude when confronted about it. Also would not reimburse me for the price difference when they charged me for the incorrect drink even after I asked about why it was a different price. There are two very nice workers here but everyone else is rude.
