I come to this location every week..most of the staff know my order. I always tip. Today, I stopped in, got in line, there were 2 people ahead of me. 1 person was at the other end of the counter. Shortly after me getting there, another lady came in and was standing at the other end of the counter(pick up area) more people had come in and got in line behind me. After a while the employee asked the lady that was standing at (pick up side) if she was trying to order. She nodded yes then employee told her line was where the rest of us were standing. She moved close to us but did not get In line. Employee finally waited on the 2 people in front of me. As I walked up to place my order the employee stopped me and let other lady cut in front of all of us. I had already been waiting for a long time. I won't be back. I will detour on the way to my appointments now to avoid this place.

Everything is great except for the main thing which is coffee. The menu is full of drinks filled with milk and sugary syrup, no normal coffee on the menu. Can't get a good normal cup of coffee here. And it's way overpriced that I felt insulted when they rang me up. And it's very low quality coffee/Beans so I understand why they have to sweeten it so much. Without the sweet syrups and tons of sugar it tastes extremely bitter like tree bark.

Not only did I pay 8 dollars for a medium latte it was luke warm at best when it was handed to me,and on top of that the worker had the audacity to ask me to give my $5 in change to her as a tip after she had a very rude attitude with me.
