I've been going to Bigbys since before it was Bigby's. I normally go to the Mason store, though I spent m my 20's at the original location. But this Location is the worst store I've ever been to. They're awful. Absolutely Garbage service, and ignorant, Garbage ppl working there. I pray they close that Location down. It's an embarrassment to a usually decent company. Go to another Location. Go to Starbuck. Go to QD. Go anywhere else. Put this place outta business.

I usually order from another location but decided to stop by since it was the closest to me at the moment. What a mistake, ordered a capuccino and was served only HOT milk with whipped cream. They forgot to add the coffe.

I had a digital coupon that had “Saginaw” on it and she said “We do not take coupons online we are a franchise, we aren't on there we are the Michigan rd location (no they arent)” I asked if I could use the bogo I had that had SAGINAW, and MICHIGAN, both on it, and they wouldnt take it at all. “We are a franchise we don’t take coupons” one of the worst biggby experiences I have ever had (I love the Elmwood location!) This lady seemed new and very rude + unprofessional and I hope biggby fixes this asap : ( I kept my order to be nice but it really sucked! (as a college student I will be not recommending that location until this is resolved!)
Not to mention they made the drink semi wrong and I was so sad at this point.
