I get biggby everyday and this location is the only one that won't do what I ask. I ask for only 2 shots in my 24oz drink one 1 and the other shot that's already paid for to either so to the other drink I purchase or put it on the side. For some reason they feel that it's to hard to do. For the outrageous price I should be able to get my shot where I want it. Then ask for extra Carmel and not only didn't they put the next Carmel in it there isn't a drizzle of it on top. I'm known at bigbby so the drinks and the tips I leave. So please jolly road store do better, be better. I spend anywhere from 10 to 20 for my self and the loved one. Or I purchase for some fellow employees and spend 30 to 50. That deserves for the order to be right and for you to get what you asked for. Just ranting because this is the 3rd time this location has done it to me and fellow employees where I work.

A favorite stop every time we go to Michigan! Delicious coffees, and treats! Always look forward to it. We are in Michigan often as our daughter goes to school there. I just found out there is a Biggby's in Wisconsin near Sussex!

I feel the roasts are unoriginal. They have had the same blends for years. This isn’t really a place to get a good cup of black coffee.On this visit my coffee was not hot. Staff were super nice and made me a fresh pot. They even helped me to the car.
