A man was working on the side of the building when I came through the drive thru so I was not able to pull close to the window, afraid that I might accidentally hit his ladder. I chose to open my door to get out to pay and get my food and drinks which was fine until Shelby, the lady at the window let me stand there with my hands out trying to hand her my cards. Instead of paying attention to the customer at her window, she chose to hang out the window and have a full blown conversation with the man working on the building. I stood there so long I tried to interrupt and say “here”, because I was annoyed that I’m still standing here with rain drops falling on my head. However Shelby decided to continue flirting with the guy as I stood there with hands out. I then said “hello!” She finally turned to me smiling and took my cards. She didn’t apologize or try to act like she didn’t know I was standing there. She acted as if I was on her time. She was so busy flirting that she made my order wrong so I had to drive all the way back after I already made it home. I know she was the person that made my order because when I walked into the building to tell them my order was wrong they asked her to remake the bagels she just made. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had a coupon for buy one get one free drink. I used that coupon then I got 2 other drinks that I was going to pay for but the cashier said I had a free drink and could use it. Which means I would only pay for 2 drinks. She told me my total at the speaker was 29 when I got to the window she said 36 and with my points brought it down to 29 which still don’t make sense since I should have 2 free drinks. I left. 5 dollar tip bc 4 drinks was a lot to make to me. Drove away went back because I was thinking how tf was my total 32 with a tip. Turns out she added an extra drink but I still didn’t get my free drinks at all. And I didn’t have a card for them to refund the extra drink on since I used my phone. Just watch out if you go here. I’m busy I don’t have time to drive all the way home to get a card to drive back for a refund. Not very happy

The place is clean and the staff is super friendly, but it has like a pet odor in the building. Don’t get me wrong I love Biggby but the place doesn’t smell like coffee it smells like a vets office. Other than that the service was great.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to. Brandy that works there is so rude refused U.S. currency as well as took my coupon. She denied my order and denied giving me my coupon back. I then called to speak with a manager some lady answered and when I went to explain she hung up the phone on me. Then I called back spoke with Brandy who first refused my service and then hung up on me. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone

I came in the other day to get a few drink everyone was super helpful and nice. Usually quite busy. Super friendly staff. I only use the drive thru so I can't say anything about the inside. Parking lot is clean and property is well kept. Great Coffee though. 5 Stars for sure.

I gave this place a go because Tim hortons was closed today. Wow, what a stark difference. This bigby joint gave me luke warm coffee, a plain bagel 'toasted' (barely) that had onion flavor residue on it. I had to put the cream cheese on the bagel myself.. and the blueberry muffin was plastic wrapped. Go to tim hortons, wayy better .. he asked if he could warm the coffee up in the microwave for me. Whata joke

I pre-ordered Biggby's so it would be ready when I arrived. The app emails me confirming & says they will send an additional email when it's ready. Almost 30 minutes go by & I ask if it's ready & they said no we didn't start it...we wait until you arrive so it won't melt.?I could have just came & ordered it! What's the point of the pre-order app... glad I didn't have somewhere to be!!! I was also in there a few months ago when they were talking so badly about a customer behind the counter who ordered a drink with a bogo coupon( buy 1, get 1 free). They thought she ordered her coffee with bobas saying they aren't remaking her order and started spooning bobas out her drink that they messed up! Then continued to talk about her with the next customer in the drive thru! Do better!
