From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with a warmth and energy that immediately made my day brighter. You can tell when someone truly loves what they do, and Grace exuded that passion in every action.
First off, let's talk about the coffee. I ordered an Island Bear, and not only was it prepared to perfection, but it was also served with a smile and a little touch of extra love. The balance of flavors was spot-on—the espresso was rich and smooth, the milk froth was light and airy, and the whole drink was a comforting symphony of tastes. You could tell Grace put her whole heart into making it, from the precise way the espresso was poured to the attention to detail in the presentation. Every sip was sheer bliss, and it was clear that Grace is an expert in her craft.
But it wasn’t just about the coffee itself—Grace went above and beyond with their customer service. Not only did she make me feel like I was their top priority, but she also took the time to recommend a new flavor syrup I hadn't tried before, which turned out to be absolutely delicious!
