This Biggby has by far the slowest service. There was one car in the drive thru, and just myself in the lobby and it took 20+ minutes to get my order. When I did get my order one of my beverages had a strawless lid and the other had a dome lid. This is usually fine, but why on earth did the frozen one come with the strawless lid? The barista was not friendly, and I would just suffice with a “hello”. If you’d like great drinks, food, and atmosphere go to the Biggby at 2002 W Saginaw. That team is always friendly and fast.

It's infuriating how slow this location is I have been here for like 20 minutes and there were only three cars in line... It's always super slow at this location I wouldn't stop here if you're in any type of time crunch

Still drinking 16 oz coffee purchased inside store. Did not have breakfast blend at 9:00 AM, but mostly, whatever roast I was left to select, was less than lukewarm. Shocking! Isn’t HOT a basic requirement? Lost my business.

I came thru for a coffee and honestly haven't been to a coffee shop in quite some time so this was a treat. I ordered a 16oz and got to talking with the Barista about our kids and whatnot and my crazy toddler and when she handed me my coffee she had upgraded it and said now you can go home and take on that toddler lol. I can't remember her name but She was angel most definitely. Thank you so much for making my day. ❤

Not very impressed. I ordered a 16oz cappuccino. It took a little longer than average even though it was not busy. Fine, I get that. What I don't get is why it didn't have Any foam wen I got it and it didn't seem to have as much liquid as it should. I got home and put it in a measuring cup and my foamless "cappuccino" was only 12oz.

Stopped in just to use the bathroom. Staff & customers were so friendly. Very clean.
This location is one of the better ones they always get the order right and the wait is usually very fast prices are definitely getting a bit out of hand $15 for a bragel and a coffee is a bit crazy

This biggy is very good excellent service excellent workers just very friendly overall and I would recommend this place over any.I had a order that was accommodated because It was mirco and I needed it by the next day in time for my meeting in the morning so I was able to place a order and they had It ready when I was there to get it less than 10 minutes

Go somewhere else. When you have a bogo deal and you try to not honor it. That's subpar service. Place looks like every other place. Coffee is just so so. Bathrooms could be cleaner.

I decided to switch from my biggby by the west Saginaw meijer today and come to the biggby on cedar and I was horribly disgusted I decided to sit in the lobby to eat my bagel this morning and as I was sitting eating my food a cockroach crawled by my foot. I alerted management to what I seen and they acted as if it wasn’t important. I will not be coming back to this biggby anytime soon or ever again and I will be sure to have ohana sushi which my boyfriend works at and his family OWNS alert this store to the health department to be shut down I have spent the last 3 hours asking around the lansing community to see if anyone else had dealt with any similar problems as in bugs or disrespectful management and I found that it’s very common in this store and I’m for sure going to make sure I see to it that this store is held accountable

3.5 stars rounded up due to friendly customer service.Do not go to this location if you are in a hurry to get to work. They are great at this location but very understaffed.Every barista at this location is extremely friendly, and my drink is always made right. However, please please PLEASE hire more staff to work before 8am! You need more than one employee to handle the morning rush.
