Big kudos and very appreciative how the employees I have met today are. Very heart warming and kind. I am a older generation of the working class. Mason and Anitria was cleaning as I arrived at they dropped everything instantly for me. From greeting as soon as I opened the door. Then a couple more peeps came along . They toaster gave out and they continued to work around and serve everyone so quickly with positive energy. I love seeing young workers have fun and work hard. Thank you for warm welcoming speedy and friendly service, feels like home again.

on 12/24 around 4pm i ordered a ham and cheese bragel on plain and was given a plain bagel with cream cheese. there was only one other customer in the store so the order either got switched or the girl behind the counter simply wasn’t paying attention. i will head east the Biggby on E Lake Lansing/Abbot from now

Biggby is a decent hometown coffee chain. Their service is usually great. The coffee can be on the very sweet side for some of the specialty drinks. I usually ask for half of the sugar and it's perfect.
