Ordered a steak medium, wife ordered shrimp scampi, steak came out raw, shrimp was ice cold. Sent food back, steak came back burnt, shrimp was still ice cold. Horrible restaurant. Can't see them in buisness much longer. Manager offered us 2 free deserts for the inconvenience.... didnt take it. Only eat here if your planning on getting food poisoning

My food was great service is amazing. They can work a little better on the steaks and cook them for less time I asked for medium rare and I got almost a fully cooked steak. However I still ate it because they were really busy and I didn't want to wait another 15- 25min for my food

I’m in my 20s and I never care enough to leave reviews so that should say something. The food is consistent but the service is so bad. The servers will literally ignore you and it’s not one two or three people. Management feeds service wrong info and it’s just a complete mess.

Been coming here for years but at this point I would rather drive to the next nearest Bjs which is way further than continue to come here.

Stopped by for brunch with an old friend and had an amazing experience with our server Taj and bartender Wes. The food was good but the servers and bartenders are what made our experience. Taj was very kind and helpful and made our experience 1000x better with her lovely personality and kindness. We also noticed how efficient and charismatic Wes was at the bar and the dynamic shown between Taj and Wes will bring us back!

Went to get dinner with a group of friends for one of their birthdays, my fiancés and mine burgers were overcooked. As well as our friends chicken was burnt, sent back , and got burnt chicken back. Our server Taylor L reeked of body odor which created a terrible atmosphere and bad service.

I've always been a fan of this place. The prices are a bit on the high side, but the food and atmosphere were always good. Went their tonight and my Chicken Parm was way over-cooked, had very little sauce, and almost NO cheese. I'm hoping it was just a bad night. Service was great... but wished my server would have not served the dish. I guess since I didn't complain, I can't blame anyone but myself.

Dillion gave us a fantastic experience and the food was great. The restaurant was packed, and the atmosphere was awesome. We had an amazing experience. Dillion is a fantastic employee who provides excellence. Great place!

Knew we were not going to have great service when I told the ladies at the check-in that I had wait listed for 8 people (6 adults, 2 kids) and they acted like there was no where to seat us even though the restaurant was less than a quarter filled.
The waiter took my order last. I ordered the special of the day - the steak which is also on the regular menu - and he said they were out (mind you it is only 3 in the afternoon). I told him to put in everyone else’s order and come back after I had time to decide on an alternative choice. He came back and said they did have the steak. I ordered it medium. It was served well done (no pink) and was tough. The side of mashed potatoes were cold. I also question the size of steak - looked like the 6, not 8 ounce. My daughter ordered sweet potato fries, chips were what the kitchen staff placed on her plate. Son-in-law ordered a burger, medium - came out well done. Father-in-law’s burger and fries arrived cold. Asked for two kids lemonades, only one was brought to the table. Food took over 40 minutes. Never refilled beverages (or asked). The special came with a pizookie. The waiter was ready to hand over the bill and not take the order for the dessert. I asked for a glass of ice (since all the ice in my water melted). I ended up walking up to the bar and asking the bartender for it myself.
More times than not the service has been awful here and we have gone back to give it another try - won’t be going back again. Will be eating at A&Js instead for the future.

We enjoy BJs every time we go, lunch or dinner, great beer selections and fun customs cocktails . I had the middle eastern tacos and they were amazing! Their house blonde ale is crisp and light!

We love eating at BJ's when we have guests and large groups. This was the first time our orders got served almost after an hour we placed the orders. The service was very slow.

Sarah A was delightful and knowledgeable as our server. Food was good. A bit disappointing in Rob (manager) as there was an issue with availability of advertised grand CRU glass availability and he didn't care enough to tall about it with is.

Me and my mother waited 55 minutes to get 1 burger, 1 side of fries, 1 soup and 1 salad. and it would’ve taken longer had I not prompted the waitresse.

The burger was more bread than meat and the bun was soggy. The fries were not hot nor was the burger. I sent it back.

A supervisor who I don’t remember the name of did apologize and did give us the meal for free. He offered to get us something else for free, but I didn’t have another hour to wait on food that might let me down again. It was very frustrating. I left still hungry and my time wasted. Customer service had the customer working for the service. So frustrating.

The only reason this review
is not one star is because the one supervisor was helpful.
