BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

My 1st-time visit. Sat at the bar to meet an in-law on our way to a movie. Enjoyed a beer and a salad. Awesome atmosphere. Great beer. My salad was excellent. Great service. Looking forward to my next visit.

my waiter was absolutely amazing, and for such a big group of us he got everything correct, oh and the food was great as well as their prices. highly recommend this restaurant

The $13 pizzokie special is awesome. A great value. The soup is really good. The chilli is better. My family loves the piadina sandwich. The chicken Parm is a pass though. The beer is decent, the cider is good and the root beer is as well.

Short review here: worth the stop.

Tacos were ordered with no onion, so they brought them unassembled. This was clearly because they prep the topping in batches. No biggie.

The brisket burger was top notch.

The pickle fries were good.

We went there for my husband’s birthday and had a great time. I had the shrimp scampi and the sparkling sangria and both were really good. My husband tried BJ’s favorite pizza and loved it. What really stood out though was our server Wes. They were so upbeat and positive and very personable. Great food is one thing, but great service really makes a dining experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you Wes for such a great experience!

Horrible treatment from employees, called names from one employee, screamed at.

We had a huge group (made reservations) and the service was exceptional. Everyone really enjoyed their drinks and food as well. Not inexpensive but the portions are very generous and well made.

Everyone we interacted with at BJ's was pleasant, polite, and very enjoyable people to be around. We will definitely look forward to dining there again!!

Overall it was just "OK". Appetizer came out with entree. So much for a little conversation with the appetizer. Strawberry shortcake dessert had no strawberries. Was told by waitress after it arrived they're out of strawberries. 5 min later mgr shows up with strawberries. Prime rib and sides were rather cold as was the appetizer. Wedge salad was good however its supposed to be cold. Noise was very bad. Granted it was Friday night. I think with a more attentive server, better timing and a mid week evening it could be a lot better. With 1 draft beer and water for the two of us, I spent $98 plus a 20% tip. For this kind of expense I've certainly had better experiences elsewhere. We will try them again sometime mid-week and hope for a better experience.

Amazing experience. They were able to get us in before our reservation time when we got there early. Our server was attentive and helpful with recommendations as it was our first visit. Drinks, food, and desserts were all delicious. Try one of their desserts, or a flight of them! Will certainly return.

No server to start sat for over 15 minutes while servers and others walk past us had to stop someone and ask had to find manager to get someone to help us The appetizers one very hot other one cold manager took them off bill Dinner was not good out of 4 , only 1 was hot other 3 not even Luke warm Manager took 2 off the bill Just a real bad experience for us really bad for the Mother's Day Thanks

Had very poor service - waitress seemed very inexperienced, constantly had empty drinks and food took a very long time to come out.

It was a very busy day, so the wait staff was a bit overwhelmed. In our party of 7, four of us ordered steaks all were over cooked. We all ordered them medium rare and two were well done and the other two were medium/well.

We had a great experience at BJ's brewhouse. They were very accommodating to us changing our reservation time. The manager greeted us at the door to confirm our party and was very engaging and nice. Our server was great as well as the food. 

They were out of our favorite IPA - AGAIN. They also ran out of our dining mate's favorite bourbon. Learn how to manage this! We also had our food come out 2 x 2 with nearly 10 minutes between. This is bad practice. No one wants to sit there and watch half their table eat while their food isn't in front of them. I'm not sure that I would come here again. And what server wants to deliver the bad news about what they don't have available; that's embarrassing. Do better!
