My favorite fast pizza place ever. The service today was the epitome of atrocious. The staff seemed to have some issues with each other and took it out on the customers. The whole thing felt rushed, rude, and demeaning.
Scratch the food being great, usually it is. Today, they didn’t even cut my pizza and the dough is raw and floppy while my wife’s is burnt. Disappointed :(
I never make reviews but this one needed one. Do better.

Used to love this place, don’t bother ordering online, they used to have the pickup station separate from the regular line and now they don’t so I’m stuck with a cold pizza because other customers were helped before me even though I ordered ahead of time AND told the person working there that I was there for a pickup. I was met with attitude. Should have been ready 20 minutes before it got to me, no excuses are really valid here seeing as how the line of customers was not even 10 people. Ridiculous, dude.

The cashier at this location has a very nasty attitude. Despite this, I have ALWAYS left a tip, each time I ordered from here, because the line cooks are so freakin kind! But, yesterday, I reached my breaking point and filed a complaint, because it's not what you say, but how you say it. And, from now on, anytime I see that guy ANYWHERE in that building, I absolutely will NOT leave any tip whatsoever! Problem solved!

I asked for green peppers and the guy reached into the container and literally squeezed out the liquid from the slimy green peppers and was going to put them on my pizza. She I protested and told him those were disgusting he just asked what else I wanted. I said don’t you have fresh peppers and he grudgingly went back and said yea. He left the whole disgusting container in the line up and brought a few fresher ones out in his hand put them on my pizza. I asked if he was going to take tho container of bad ones out and put fresh ones there and he shrugged it off and said he’d do it later . I had to tell another worker to get those things disgusting peppers out of there and bring out some fresh.
Denied my free 11 inch pizza on my birthday? That’s a good way to get a good review

Our high school golf team was in town for a tournament and I ordered pizza from Blaze. The door dash driver went to the wrong address/only picked up half our order. I called and talked to Anthony at Blaze. He was super friendly and professional. He remade our order free of charge and gave us some cookies for the inconvenience. It was not his fault whatsoever. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't owe us anything. It is rare to get solid customer service anywhere. I would order from them again.
