Our high school golf team was in town for a tournament and I ordered pizza from Blaze. The door dash driver went to the wrong address/only picked up half our order. I called and talked to Anthony at Blaze. He was super friendly and professional. He remade our order free of charge and gave us some cookies for the inconvenience. It was not his fault whatsoever. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't owe us anything. It is rare to get solid customer service anywhere. I would order from them again.

I changed my review from one to four star because the customer service got back to me directly and made good. They gave us a free pizza for our troubles as well.
Ordered a vegan pizza online through the Blaze Pizza website, showed up 30 minutes later when they said it would be ready.
“We’re out of vegan cheese so we didn’t make it.”
“You didn’t think to let me know before I showed up here? Can I get a refund then?”
“No, we can’t do that right now. I promise I’ll do it later.”
“So what if I walk out of here and you forget?”
“I promise I won’t forget.”
“So I don’t get a pizza, you didn’t bother to tell me, and I can’t get a refund right now?”
“That’s right.”

Damian and his team were fantastic. They were busy and efficient. The 5 for 35 is a great value for a family of 5. Blaze is a great option for the Lansing area.
I love blaze but I don't like condescending employees telling me how to make my pizza I'm eating not you and as a paying customer I don't need lectures on portion control when you barely put anything on it in the first place and now you have been recently bought out and took away more toppings soon there will be nothing at the rate your going so sad and I really like you guys to drive over an hour every week to see you and has spent $1,000 upon $1,000 since you opened but recently have not been back that's why your quarterly profit has been way down it's ok though I'm a nobody

ordered online. showed up 20 minutes after placing the order and they hadn’t even started making it yet. what’s the point of having an option to order online if they’re not going to acknowledge the orders they receive? had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes upon entering the store. wouldn’t come again.
