We love the setting and service was great. Too bad they are having trouble. They were out of Four main items on the menu. We were there to celebrate a birthday ...they had no desserts. I hope they make their way back.

This was our first time visiting Bobcat Bonnies since last summer when it opened. Unfortunately, our experience this time was no where near the wonderful experience we had on our last visit. We had a reservation for four at 6pm. Upon arriving to check in at 5:55 p.m, we were met with an empty hostess station. We waited for 7 minutes before anyone came to great us/check us in. Once seated, our waitress was quick to take our drink and food order. That's where the evening took a turn. It took an hour and 15 minutes for our food to arrive. Our waitress even stopped by to let us know that she was going to check on it because it was taking so long. The wait staff looked unkempt and harried. There was no manager to be seen, and unfortunately we were close enough to the kitchen to see into it every time the door opened. Garbage piled high and falling out of the trash cans. Once our food arrived, it was subpar. My kids' fries were "cold and stale" and my husbands tots were lacking any actual potato inside. Our waitress did her best and we left her a substantial tip as she really seemed to care. Needless to say, we will not return.

Worst chicken I have ever been served. I could not eat it - it was gelatinous. Server was friendly and energetic, efficient. Restaurant seemed fine overall but food was disgusting.

What a delight! Met in Lansing for brunch with a group coming from metro Detroit and West Michigan. Well worth the drive - our server (Frankie) was funny, kind and professional. The food was delicious and creative - even for me, a vegan, and we never felt rushed. This will be our meeting place going forward. Highly recommend.

We made a reservation for seven using OpenTable for Monday, March 3 at 6 PM. Unfortunately, the restaurant had a sign that stated it was closing after brunch that day and would reopen the following day. I did not receive any notification nor a phone call; that they could not accommodate us that evening. It was frustrating as we all drove there. It is unclear whether the restaurant had to close for the rest of the day due to a shortage of staff, etc. or if this was a problem on OpenTable's end. Regardless, there was no notification.

Sat in the train which was nice, but the service was slow. We didn't get our beverages (besides waters) until 10+ minutes after the food arrived. The food was ok. Party of 6 and no one was really pleased w their food chicken avo had no flavor except for the chipotle sauce. The breakfast tacos also were nothing special. I wouldn't go back.

Everyone enjoyed their meal. I had the salmon bowl—spicy and delicious. The grilled cheese and vegan chili that my husband chose also received a great review from him.

I made reservations for my daughter and I during the week on a Thursday for 11:15am. When we arrived the restaurant wasn't even opened. There was a note on the door saying the hours changed from 4pm-10p. I was very upset because the website should have never allowed me to make a reservation at that time. I had to retry our whole day!
Service is friendly but very slow!!! Food was good but not hot. Plating was awkward as in the plate was way larger than portion.

It was a great brunch for a birthday! Food was delicious, mimosa and blood Mary bar were great! Would love a kids option/portion or two for the brunch but they were able to find something regardless - wouldn't stop us for coming back to enjoy again.

Interesting menu. We split the double classic burger and fries with a wedge salad. The salad was decadent and the most delicious wedge I've ever had. The burger was very good too. Nice beer selection. The service was excellent. Tatiana was very nice, efficient and made us feel appreciated. We will be back to try the fish tacos!
