Excellent service for our family of 11 tonight. Servers were efficient and professional. Our 4 young children were served large portions that they really liked.

Ordered calamari and it was very chewy, like it was a little old. Wife's shrimp had strong iodine taste. She orders shrimp often when dining out. They were really off tonight, and not really busy either. We expected a long wait since it was a Friday night.

Last night we went to Bravo and had a very good waiter. He brought out the bread and refills. From the pictures on line we had an idea of what the food would look like. Some if us had pizza that looked and tasted like it came from a low par pizza business. The Margherita pizza did not have the fresh mozzarella and the shredded cheese they used was very little. The tomatoes were almost paper thin. Then there's the basil. The very, very small amount wasn't enough to impart any flavor. The cheese pizzas were very bland with hardly any sauce or cheese. We were all disappointed with the food and prices. Either change the menu pictures or get some chefs who know how to follow the recipes to prepare the entrees pictured in your menu.

Bravo is a solid Italian chain restaurant. It's definitely more expensive than others, though. The food is always fresh, and the free bread and oil are always tasty. I've only had one issue with the food the last time I went, and the waitress resolved it well. There just happened to be some parchment paper stuck to the bottom of my desert, and I didn't see it until I took a bite. The waitress offered to take the item off or get me a new one. I opted for a new one to go, and there were no issues with that one. Overall, it's a pretty good restaurant, not quite five stars, but almost.Vegetarian options: The spaghetti pomodoro is full of flavor and very filling. I haven't tried the other vegetarian options, but I would expect them to be on a similar level.Parking: Large parking lot shared with the shopping center.

Food is good. Service is average. Prices are very high compared to local Italian restaurants that have better service and food that is every bit as good.

I thought I reviewed this place before but I got another message to review it so here we go I don't usually give chains the big corporate chains five stars because you know they ain't five stars usually! But this place is from the atmosphere to service presentation and tasty quality of food. This place is five stars up and down the line. Great service excellent Italian cuisineParking: Is a huge parking lot across the street from the restaurant all sidewalks are wheelchair accessibleKid-friendliness: This is a little upscale place so I mean if your kids are well-mannered restaurant kids then of course it's a kid friendly place these guys are great at service! But if you don't got well-mannered restaurant kids then they don't belong in this place. But if you like taking your kids out to a nice meal and a nice place this is your ticket without having to go overboard on your pocketbook.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lots are huge sidewalks got cut curbs and the restaurant itself is roomy no problem getting a table with the wheelchair

Bravo is very accommodating by taking out the meat or chicken of any of their dishes and making it vegetarian. The atmosphere at Bravo is great, and tables are spaced far enough apart where you don’t have to listen to other people’s conversations. Big plus! As a vegetarian, my favorite dish is the Pasta Bravo Rigatoni. Their bread and oil is outstanding. I highly recommend Bravo.

The place was very nice and the service was very good however the food was just average. I had the veal parmigiana It really did not have much flavor. The other meals were average at best for flavor.

To be honest, it wasn’t very good this evening. Everything seemed bland. Very disappointing, since I have had good dinners at Bravo in years past.
