**Update in response to the owners* I do understand the need to focus on customers that are there but letting the phone go unanswered multiple times is poor customer care. Additionally the option for special instructions is not available on the app. And as far as the $.75 pickle add on I didn't get any 4$ truffle fry add on I didn't get it is still highly unacceptable. I will say Taylor answered this morning and offered us two comped meals and was very helpful. **
Ordered on door dash. Tried calling 8 times to ask for my order to be made with ingredients on the side went to vmail each time.
Also paid 75 cents extra for extra pickles. It already comes with pickles, wanted extra.
It had TWO pickle slices total
Worst experience ever never ordering from them again
*Paid 4 dollars extra for truffle fries Fries are completely unseasoned and also burnt

First time we came had super awesome service this was back in March. My son's asked to come back for their birthday.
The girl working was not friendly at all. Granted she was only one working...
However what sparked me to write this. When we went to get icecream she put the sign up in MY face and told me I could scan the QR code and order that way.
Can not say I will go back when she is there. Not a friendly person.....even though as she told me "she has been there a year".
Sad to see the place be operated like this. I am sure the rent is high but not like customers aren't paying their part.

I ordered the pimento burnt ends dog. Really just a small spicy sausage with pimento and a sweet sauce. Pretty disappointing for $20.

Pretty terrible experience….after spending $57 on my food, they took my phone number…for what reason we may never know… I assumed it was going to be to tell me my food was ready. It was not…After 45 minutes I decided to go up and check. At that point, I learned my food was ready!! The good news was, it had been ready for a long time. They probably have warmers right? Nope, they do not. The ice cream and burgers were equal temperature. Browndog, please tell me why you took my phone number.

Today I received horrible service today, and food that was good but the woman at the counter was very rude from the start. I understand people have bad days but wow, no need for that constantly in the span of a few minutes. I asked a question then she directed me to just look at the menu, I said fine might as well, giving the benefit of the doubt. I then decided to order2 truffle fries, heed the #2, which she understood as putting them together, but I was getting two for a co-worker and myself. Then she just separated them, and which led to unworthy portions. Just lazy and disappointing.

Veggie wrap had pretty much raw Brussels, no sauce, and the fries taste like shrimp. $63 on food no one would eat and doordash only offers a $10 credit... garbage.
So good and really tasty ?. Thank you Browndog and will be back sooner than you think ?
