**Update in response to the owners* I do understand the need to focus on customers that are there but letting the phone go unanswered multiple times is poor customer care. Additionally the option for special instructions is not available on the app. And as far as the $.75 pickle add on I didn't get any 4$ truffle fry add on I didn't get it is still highly unacceptable. I will say Taylor answered this morning and offered us two comped meals and was very helpful. **

Brown dog has only gotten better over time.
The new beer cheese is great, the new pretzel buns are way better than the previous ones they had.
The price is a tad high when you add in tip. But it’s worth it to get such a well made burger in lansing.
If the dudes at browndog read this. Thanks for making the beer cheese an actual beer cheese vs the older style bar cheese you had previously. New fav burger in town!
