Wasn't impressed. Service was okay, but every employee we encountered was not friendly. They weren’t rude, just very transactional. The food was not good. Most of what we received was cold, one dish was incorrect, the server noticed before setting it down but then the correct dish came out as the rest of us were practically finished. As we left, the greeter said nothing as we walked by his stand. He looked extremely uninterested in being there.

Food was cold. Appetizers were slower then usual to come out, when they arrived the fried pickles, and mozzarella sticks were barely warm, but the pretzel bites were hot.
Hoping that our entrees would be hot was too much to ask for as well. The server commented that she was surprised our food hadn't come out yet. The wings were only warm, the double burger and fries were cold, the loaded potato wedges were hot.
The server brought and refilled drinks multiple times while trying to clean and close down some of the unused tables, this was at 7:45 pm on a Sunday.
Would not recommend visiting.

Big group of us ordered a large order four hours in advance. At pickup time they couldn't find our order. One hour afterwards they said the order was partially complete. 90 minutes after pickup time, a manager came out and asked if we had ordered from the correct spot. If you like wings go to the East Lansing store.

Server took our order then completely vanished. No idea at all where she went, nowhere on the floor that we could see. From what we could see she had our table and the one behind us. They waited 6 months for their food too. We finally got our food (brought out by another server) after about 25 minutes of waiting. She finally rematerialized and started some outlandish explanation of why it was the kitchen's fault I overheard her telling the table behind us the same BS. Trying to convince us that the kitchen was only doing take out orders when we sat and watched about 20 people at 3 different tables get seated, drinks and food before we got ours. My working theory is that she took our order, went on break then remembered to put it in with the kitchen OR she put the order in then went on break and someone else saw our food getting cold and brought it out. BW3 y'all can do a lot better, as for this server, I would have had more respect if you had owned your f'up and not blamed the kitchen.
Discontinued Terriyaki?! I always thought it was a popular sauce??? Waitress said enough people complained about them getting rid of Whiskey BBQ and the decided to bring it back. Just thought I'd do my part and make sure people knew they got rid of Terriyaki sauce.
