I live in dewitt but I love going the extra few miles out of my way for a quick bite and quality service as I have had a few bad experiences at the one by my home. Asked to pull up past the building in the drive thru there for nearly 30 minutes one time with my grandbabies after school one day, had to get them out of their carseats and come inside and seemed like the girl with the glasses had forgot about us!! Much better sevice at this location, I will continue to make the trip

I used to love this Burger King but for the last 5 months or so when I come by to order the 3 to 4 workers are outside smoking. When I get to speaker they do not greet right way I have to ask if they are open just to ne told they are not taking orders for 25 to 30min due system down now today I'm told they are only taking door dash orders but they are still outside smoking at this point they rather hang outside than do their job. Very disappointing alot of people are getting of work and rather get something quick and go home but cannot do to workers.

I have been here several times in the past couple of weeks only to be told they were not taking orders (due to short staffing) or only taking orders through door dash/uber eats. Also when I was able to order, they did not have items in stock. This location has been a major disappointment for be “open 24/7”
Just went to the drive through and was told they wouldn't be able to take my order for 25 minutes. When I asked why I was told they needed to do door dash orders. I know from working in restaurants, you have to ability to pause doordash. They put online orders before drive up customers and that's not good at all. I will never return to this location!!! Why would i ever want to take the chance of being told door dash is more important than me? No thank you!!

Never really had a problem at this location always came here in the morning to get my daughter a sausage biscuit before school or came here at lunch time staff was very friendly food was always hot n fresh i haven't been here in awhile so I decided to stop by my order was made the right way how I wanted it BUT it was not fresh n hot everything was cold not even warm to even want to eat it got this fish sandwich and it looked like it was marinated in old grease couldn't tell if it was cooked all the way or not didn't want to chance it n possibly get sick so I threw it away this was the same at the lake lansing location fries were just cold idk if they need to turn their heat lamps up a bit or what's going on but was just disappointed at both locations
