Poor customer service and your food is always cold or not cook properly from the general manager to the cup to the cashier, everybody needs to be reevaluated as if they’re even good for customer service or serving people with cleanness just trifling and I’m bout to take a picture of these chicken fries that they gave my daughter that wasn’t even cooked properly I mean who cooks chicken fries to the point that they’re shriveled up that can’t be chicken.

About as good as burger king can get taste wise, but the employees were wonderful and manager was very nice, and trying to make sure everyone was satisfied.

Something is seriously wrong. The phone is off the hook so when they mess up your order there is no way to contact them. Convenient, for them.

It would be different if the up charge was consistent but they pick and choose when to apply it

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location messes my order up EVERY single time. Most of the time, I'll eat it bc it's usually just like they put pickles on the burger when asked for none. Today, they were in rare form for screw ups. I have to throw it away. They put so much mayo (I did not ask for mayo) on it that it's inedible. I also ordered an oreo shake, I got a vanilla one.

Ordered bacon, egg, and sausage egg-normous burritos, and I receive burritos with just bacon, and hardly any fillings. The bacon is also just large chunks of soggy bacon... I was charged extra for this, and it's really disappointing!

Not sure what’s happened, but the last few times I’ve gone there for breakfast the line wait inside has been 30min plus, food isn’t fresh.

Worst service ever. Cook can’t read the screen to make orders right. Manager on nights always outside smoking and not paying attention to his crew.

I bit into raw chicken, Some people are just Lazy im hoping yall just make sure this never happens again yall literally trying to kill me i dont eat raw chicken and if i worked there i would make sure not to serve anything raw in a food industry so i am lost for words that's ridiculous. Before you serve it raw just give it to me burnt know that atleast (To the person in charge please address this situation to whoever was cooking 1:00am-3:00am making the fiery wraps)

Manager there that works during the day tall guy gave me the nastiest attitude and was very unprofessional. He needs to go back to training or something. Don’t think he should be fired. I do think he needs to realize that he is the HR of all the employees there and should show an example for them.

Terrible location. White manager that works around 3-5pm is very unprofessional and rude. Constantly looking down on his phone.
