Literally sat in line for 15 minutes and no one came to answer the drive thru, so then I called them on the phone and they answered after the 10th ring.

I ordered a king jr double cheeseburger meal and they kept ringing me up for a bacon king meal then a double bacon king meal then I told them at the window I wanted a double cheeseburger jr meal and was told they don’t have that. Here is a toy that’s the only difference. I said on the sign it’s 4.50$ and I was charged 8.19$ they continued to say that’s not on the menu when I have a picture of the menu of what I wanted. They just gave me the wrong order and said your all set have a good night. I am beyond mad! Who ever works there needs to be fired. Completely ridiculous and not intelligent.

Tonight I know went to Burger King and before I was able to get my food, I started feeling not so well. So I let the people know at the front window that I would pull back around for my order. Because I wasn't feeling well and I ended up getting sick. So one of the ladies that worked, there was amazing enough To ask if I would like a verners, to help my stomach and I accepted appreciatively. Afterwards, they proceeded to check on me to make sure I was all right, and they also brought my meal to me. After the doors were already closed and it was only drive through. I was surprised to say the least and I accepted the offer. Considering I wasn't feeling well, still
It made me very happy to know that there are still people that care about others, even though they're complete strangers. The lady that was most concerned even gave me some tips on how to make the stomach. Pain go away.

I’ve had two terrible experiences the past two times I visited this location. I try to give places a second chance but I won’t be back again.

Back during Halloween I placed an order for pick up after trick or treating with my children. They asked us to pull around and we proceeded to wait over an hour for our food. I asked workers three times what was going on with our food. The drive thru line was long and the doors to the building were locked so I couldn’t easy pull around or go in to check. I had to wait until a work came out and ask. I was placated falsely that they would check on my food but they wouldn’t return to tell me what was happening. Finally I had to stand outside the door to wait for my food. When they gave it to me half of our food was missing and so were our drinks.

Tonight I went back, hoping it was a mishap due to such a busy night. I placed another pick up order. When I arrived there were only two cars in front of me. I waited for a pick up order for THRITY MINUTES. I pulled up to the window and the employee was screaming while she was talking on the phone and at her co-worker. Once again I was missing an item, but not only that but both of my meals were made entirely wrong. I won’t be returning again and I contacted corporate.

They use deterrents at night to make people go away so they don't have to work. Told me they couldn't take order for 10-15 minutes. I waited 20 and came back and they said the same thing again

Update: location still horrible, doors locked, but homeless folks are in there unjoying the restaurant like it's their own house! manager Tracy is absolutely the worst. We requested fresh hash browns, told her we had no problem waiting in the lobby and she refused to make them fresh for us... We returned the old ones and they brought out unedibile, burnt ones... I don't understand how she can be management? AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Came in with a coupon and they charged me for the full price of the food. Told me to pull around so I did. Then charged me for the coupon price.

They did not give me an option to refund the original order. Instead they told me that the only option was that I could receive the two orders I paid for.

So just because you don't trust that I somehow ate my food in the 2 minutes it took me to pull around. I have to pay 12$ for a 4$ order?

And I was also told that there were too many customers behind me and that was the reason to pull around. Which is also the reason I couldn't be refunded?? So.. should I have stayed put, ran your times up, and annoyed everyone behind me? Wtf.
