I've been here a few different times now, in the Morning, Midday, Evening, and Past 1am. Each time I received sandwiches which were falling apart, broken messes, and in one case a chicken sandwich which I could not eat, as the first bite seemed like the Mayonnaise and Lettuce was expired (This is judging solely based on the taste and the stomachache I acquired after eating that item.) I understand that it was 1am, maybe not the ideal time to get great food...but I'd still expect it to be edible. Burger king isn't great on a good day, but this BK is particularly bad about it.All food was eaten within 10 minutes of ordering.The servers were always relatively friendly, but there has to be some better form of QC here.I believe I am done with this particular BK.

Every time I come to this location I regret it. If someone asks for their order fresh "PLEASE" don't say yes and give them everything old and cold. On top of that you have zero customers in the store or drive through why am I waiting to still get old and cold food. How they still get business is beyond me. Avoid this bk it's a big waste of time and money.

Had a coupon for 2 whopper jrs and 2 medium fries. Got an additional rodeo burger and an 8pc nugget. Pretty simple. Asked for everything fresh please. We were willing to wait however long it took because it's 9pm and haven't eaten anything all day and we'd like a hot meal. Seems like that's too much to ask of this location because EVERY SINGLE item in the bag was cold and old. Every time I come to this location I regret it. The manager seems so stressed and lost when she gets one customer. And the kids that work there are so disrespectful and talk back to the manager. This store is so poorly run I'm genuinely shocked it gets any business at all and is even open. Just save your time, energy, and money and avoid this BK.

Rude staff 20 minutes to order 20 minutes to receive your food. The guy told me blatantly to F off and pull off overcharging for everything never give you napkins all around bad place to go would not recommend this to anybody.

Just so un-professional here, had tried picking up customer orders to ordering myself food multiple times just to leave disappointed. please it’s worth the travel to the cedar one better service.
Are food was hot but waiting like 20min for are food and forgot my sauce I also wants ghost peppers fries and they were out so good regular chicken fries they would have been fine but again they forgot my sauce the lady was kinda rude and was rushing us the entire time we were ordering at the

Third time this Burger King get my order wrong who the hell get two croissant with no egg and she repeated you want no eggs and I told yes I want eggs on both sandwiches. Got home and all I got was ham and cheese croissant ? if it was closer I would of went back but this bk is 6 miles from my house. money wasted now I know to never come to this bk

THIS WAS MOST DISGUSTING FOOD I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT WAS SPOILED AND THEY KNEW THAT BEFORE THEY SERVED IT TO ME. THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND HER STAFF ARE EVEN WORSE THE THAN THE FOOD. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THE MANAGER/OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF FOOD OR HOW HER STAFF ACT TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. HER STAFF ARE OPENING DISPLAYING GANG TATS THAT MAKE ME FEAR FOR MY SAFETY. HER ATTITUDE IS EVEN MORE FRIGHTENING THAN HER STAFF. BURGER KING NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS STORE AND SHUT IT DOWN!!

You are so close to better food! Keep driving. Everything was old. The fried items were shriveled and dried to leathery texture. My Whopper was presented on a disgustingly dyed bright-orange bun with black seeds. Also missing all condiments including paid for extras.
