The worst...usually get the original chicken sandwich,but yesterday decided fish sandwich..Never again! Fish was undercooked,skimpy on lettuce and since when do they put pickles on the fish sandwich? Also couldn't even see tarter sauce on the sandwich..so asked for tarter sauce and was given a small bowl of it and a knife! Obviously they don't make fresh tarter sauce daily. Ordered onion rings and got fries and onion rings mixed together.Every month my friend and I get groceries on the 3rd...needless to say never got groceries due to we both got sick from that burger king food and rushed home to our apartments to our own bathrooms. Moved back to Lansing in 2023 but used to go to this BK...My friend and I will stick to West Saginaw BK where we know good service and food..will never go to the Frandor BK ever again! Worst ever!

My friend and I each placed an order. The total included fries and original chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches were cold. I requested extra mayo. The mayo was added to just one end of the sandwiches. The fries amount was great however, a few on top were hot but the rest of fries were mushy, cold and and tasted old. We placed our order just before going to the drive through so were asked to pull forward, which was perfectly fine. My friend decided to help them out and went in to pick up. The staff didn't thank him at all but was not unfriendly.
Sadly, our Burger King visits are becoming less consistant regarding quality and as much as we appreciate the chicken sandwiches (which have significantly reduced in size) we are condiering looking for other food options during our many road trips.

Employees are so slow and lazy. I put in an online order and when I showed up the girl inside told me to wait at the screen until she told me to move forward. 20 minutes goes by and she still hasn’t told me to move forward and I spoke to the speaker and asked what is going on and she rudely fired back and said “Your order has been ready pull forward we got slammed” and I told her I was told to wait until further notice. Why the hell didn’t you tell me to move forward then if that was the case?

We had nearly lost all hope in getting a full and hot order of french fries from BK, until we met Jade! What a comeback she made for Burger King. She was running both windows and delivering our hot meals with such a friendly demeanor and skilled ability to satisfy. My hope is that Jade gets the recognition she deserves for the diligence she provides for the company. Way to represent! Endless gratitude to you Jade <3

If you place an order at Burger King check your order before you leave the drive-through. I am allergic to pickles. I ordered ketchup only all the time. Ketchup only turned out to be no ketchup. I advise you to check your order really well before driving away

I’m only giving 5 stars because Michael ( not the only employee in the restaurant but the only one doing literally everything)! It took a long time to pretty much get anything done because he was literally doing everything aside from making the food (also shoutout to the girl in the back making the food for a very consistent drive thru and in house crowd). All in all Michael deserves a raise. Even took time to ask my daughter how her food was while juggling front cash, drive thru, and running orders out . He has great communication with his coworker in the back and customers. Amazing service.
During a late night run, it took 20 minutes to get to the order station. Then, 10 minutes after being told to take time to decide what we want before they get to us, another lady came in to bluntly tell us that they were only taking DoorDash due to being short staffed. Terrible communication and management of the drive thru, do not come here late at night.

Came at 10 pm. Didn’t answer drive through for over 15 minutes and multiple cars pulled away, Went inside and they said they meant to lock the door and could get me in the drive through. I pull up and they pulled me ahead to the 2nd window. Then asked me to come back through again because they thought I was a door dasher and they couldn’t take my payment at the 2nd window. Even though I waited at the 1st window for over 10 minutes until they decided to pull me ahead. Would give 0 stars if I could.
