I love the double whopper meal with a coke. The spicy chicken sandwich is white breastmeat it is very good too. The fish sandwich is delicious also the pickles give it extra flavor.

So first of all it took 5 minutes of waiting for someone to take our order at the speaker.
After we order we pull up to the window and he says for us to pull up to the door and he will bring it out to us. Mind you we only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches.
We wait and wait and wait. After 15 minutes he finally comes out except with the bags for a car after us who had a huge order.
He asks us what we had and he freaked out when I told him the original chicken and it better be fast or I want my money back. He said he has it he just didn’t bring it out.
He brought it out and it was a single cold, soggy chicken sandwich with cheese added that looked like it had been sitting a while.
My dad went in to figure out what was going on, because we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 20 minutes prior at this point, and nothing we ordered came with cheese.
Turns out they gave our food out to the guy who ordered after us, who then parked and ate both of our sandwiches while we sat and waited for them, and the people inside had no clue that we were even still there waiting.
All in all, we were there for 30 minutes total after they remade our food, for what we wanted to be a quick stop to pick up 2 sandwiches to eat on the hour drive back home.

Just a quick note about their service -- every morning that I stop in (1x-2x a week) - the service is amazing. Their drive thru team, including Dacil (probably misspelling it) always gets it done quick and correct every time. Very grateful for the good attitudes and good service so early in the morning.

The worst...usually get the original chicken sandwich,but yesterday decided fish sandwich..Never again! Fish was undercooked,skimpy on lettuce and since when do they put pickles on the fish sandwich? Also couldn't even see tarter sauce on the sandwich..so asked for tarter sauce and was given a small bowl of it and a knife! Obviously they don't make fresh tarter sauce daily. Ordered onion rings and got fries and onion rings mixed together.Every month my friend and I get groceries on the 3rd...needless to say never got groceries due to we both got sick from that burger king food and rushed home to our apartments to our own bathrooms. Moved back to Lansing in 2023 but used to go to this BK...My friend and I will stick to West Saginaw BK where we know good service and food..will never go to the Frandor BK ever again! Worst ever!
